The Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR) invites all creative individuals to participate in the CHANGE (Cordillera Higher Education Advocates' Network for Gender Equality) Logo Design Contest!

Design a logo that represents gender equality, inclusivity, diversity, collaboration, and transformative leadership in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

🏆 Prizes
Champion – ₱5,000.00, Certificate of Recognition, and Token
Five (5) Runners-up – ₱1,000.00 each, Certificate of Recognition, and Token
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Contest Guidelines

✅ The logo must be original and must not have been previously published, used, or submitted in any other contest. (Generated wholly or partially using artificial intelligence (AI) is not allowed)
✅ It should embody the ideals of gender equality, inclusivity, diversity, collaboration, and empowerment.
✅ Entries may be created using digital or traditional media (traditional artworks must be submitted in high-resolution digital format).
✅ The design must be submitted in high-resolution JPEG/PNG and an editable/vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PSD, if available).
✅ Participants must include a brief concept or rationale (approximately 100–200 words) explaining the meaning and symbolism of their logo.
✅ By joining the contest, participants agree that the winning entry shall become the official property of CHED-CAR, with the organization retaining the rights to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the logo for official purposes.
