𝐀 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬

On their last day of internship, we extend our deepest gratitude to the graduating Political Science students from Saint Louis University, Ms. Princes Coleen C. Ignacio, Mr. Jerson S. Albino, Mr. John Rolan E. Valencia, Ms. Chloe Shane Clark, and Ms. Jhezel Angel Angeles, for their outstanding performance during their 3 month stay in our barangay.

Alongside Mr. Philip Lopez, Social Work Field Practitioner also from SLU, they showed dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for the community of Pinsao Proper.

From all of us at the Sangguniang Barangay of Pinsao Proper and Samahan ng Inspiradong Kabataan para sa Aksyon at Tulong (SIKAT) Pinsao Proper, thank you for your service and we wish you all the best as you take your next steps in life. Our prayers go with you!

It was a meaningful day for the youth of Pinsao Proper as they took part in the Youth Cultural Workshop for the Province of Ifugao. Led by Rafael Abrod, President of the Pinsao Proper Cultural Group and Ragsak Cultural Group member, Mr. Jayvan Chin-Or, the workshop gave young participants the chance to connect with their heritage through dance and shared stories.

The highlight of the activity was learning two traditional Ifugao dances: Pagaddut and Dinnuyá. With each step and beat, the youth not only enjoyed the rhythm but also gained a deeper understanding of what these dances represent in Ifugao culture — unity, celebration, and identity.

It was a fun and enriching experience that reminded everyone how important it is to keep traditions alive, especially when shared with the younger generation.

The vibrant youth of Pinsao Proper came together for a meaningful day of cultural learning and connection during the Youth Cultural Workshop for the Province of Apayao.

Led by Rafael Abrod, President of the Pinsao Proper Cultural Group, the workshop aimed to rekindle the younger generation’s appreciation for their heritage. From traditional dances and music to shared stories and insights about indigenous practices, the event created a space for young people to explore their identity and roots.

More than just a workshop, it was a celebration of tradition, community, and youth empowerment reminding everyone that preserving culture starts with passing it on.
