Everything Has Its Time ❤️🙏

Ecclesiastes 3:1, 11: “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven… He has made everything beautiful in its time.”

Today's message reminds us that everything has its season and purpose under heaven. As young people, we may not always understand our situations, but we must learn to trust His timing.

There is a time to grow, to wait, to pray, to serve, and to step forward. And now is the time for our brothers and sisters to step up and fulfill their responsibilities as students, children, and officers of this group.

And kudos to our next Youth Group officers! It’s your time❤️ At sa lahat na mga nakasama namin sa youth fellowship na ito. May God Bless, strengthen , and give us wisdom as we continue serving Him. To God be all the Glory🎉👆

WATER BAPTISM

Salvation Series – Lesson Twelve

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
— Matthew 28:19

Water baptism is God's command for every believer in Jesus Christ.

• It is a public declaration of our faith in Jesus Christ.
• It symbolizes Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, and our new life in Him (Romans 6:3–4).
• It is for those who have repented, believed, and committed their lives to Christ.
• Water baptism does not save us; salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
• It is an act of obedience and a testimony of our commitment to follow Jesus.

Application:

Have you already obeyed God's command through water baptism?
If not, are you ready to publicly declare your faith and follow Christ in obedience?

May this remind us that, as followers of Christ, we are called to obey His commands, follow His example, and live according to what He taught us to do. 🙏

Knowing Our Heavenly Father

Jesus came not only to save us from our sins but also to reveal God as our loving Heavenly Father. Through Christ, we become children of God and can enjoy a personal relationship with Him.

• Jesus reveals the Father and brings us into God's family.
• God is a Good, Generous, Protective, and Disciplining Father.
• Knowing God as our Father gives us identity, worth, security, purpose, and the hope of heaven.
• We grow closer to Him by seeking Him in prayer, calling Him "Father," and building a genuine relationship with Him.

Knowing God as our Heavenly Father changes the way we see ourselves, the way we live, and the way we trust Him. More than serving God, He desires a loving relationship with His children. May we continue to seek His presence and walk closely with our Heavenly Father every day.

"See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And this is what we are..." – 1 John 3:1

See you again this evening as we continue our Salvation Series with our next topic: Water Baptism🤗

God bless everyone! ❤️🙏

“BE A CHILD OF GOD”

"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name."
— John 1:12

Through our lessons, we have learned that through Jesus Christ we have become children of God. He not only forgave us and saved us from our sins, but also brought us into the family of God. As His children, we are called to reflect His character and live lives that honor Him.

Now that we are God's Children....

1. God's Character must be seen in us ( John 14: 7-10, Matthew 5:16)
2. All that we do is to please Him (John 8:29, Matthew 6: 1-6, 16-18)
3. We must Deepen our Relationship with Him ( Matthew 6:6, Luke 6:12, 4:42, 5:16)
4. We must walk in His perfect will ( Matthew 7:21, John 5:19)
5. We must trust Him in our daily needs (Matthew 6:33, 7: 7-11)
6. We must walk in purity and holiness before Him ( 1Thessalonians 5:21-22, Ephesians 4:32)
7. We must always ask for His protection (Psalm 121: 7-8, 2 Thessalonians 3:3)
8. We must serve Him (John 4:34, Matthew 6: 19-21)

Being a Child of God is not merely saying that you are a child of God; it is living a transformed life that reflects Christ in your words, actions, and daily choices.

Thank you to everyone who joined our Thursday Fellowship. We pray that God's Word will continue to shape our lives as we grow together in Chris❤️🙏

See you again next Thursday, kakabsat! May the Lord continue to strengthen your faith as we study His Word together. God bless 🙏❤️

Thursday Lesson: The Second Birth — Being Born Again

In this Thursday Fellowship, we learned about being born again. Being born again is not simply joining a religion, changing through our own effort, or being water baptized. It is a spiritual birth from God through faith in Jesus Christ.

John 3:3
“Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

1. What Does It Mean to Be Born Again?

To be born again means to be spiritually born into God’s family. It is a work and miracle of God through the Holy Spirit.

John 1:13
“Children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.”

John 3:6
“Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.”

2. Why Do We Need to Be Born Again?

Although God created all people, not everyone has become a child of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Because of sin, people are spiritually separated from God.

Ephesians 2:1
“As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins.”

1 John 3:10
“This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are.”

Sin brings spiritual death, separation from God, and condemnation. That is why Jesus said we must be born again.

John 3:3
“Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

3. How Can We Be Born Again?

We are born again when we receive Jesus Christ and believe in His name. Through faith in Him, we are forgiven, reconciled to God, and given the right to become God’s children.

John 1:12–13
“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”

Galatians 3:26
“You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.”

4. What Happens After We Are Born Again?

When we are born into God’s family, we begin as spiritual infants. We must continue to grow, learn God’s Word, obey Him, and become mature in faith.

1 Corinthians 3:1
“I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ.”

Ephesians 4:13–15
We are called to grow in faith, become mature, and grow up into Christ in all things.

A born-again believer should not remain spiritually immature. As we walk with God, our lives should gradually reflect His character, truth, love, and obedience.

Being born again is the beginning of a new life with God. Through Jesus Christ, we are no longer separated from the Father and we become His children. Let us continue to grow in faith, obey His Word, and live a life that honors Him.
See you again next lesson❤️🙏

GOD’S PLAN

God created us to have a relationship with Him, represent Him on earth, and live according to His purpose. This lesson teaches us that God’s plan is not only to save us from sin but also to restore us to a close relationship with Him and help us live as His representatives on earth.

1. God created us for relationship with Him

*Isaiah 43:21 — “The people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.”

*Genesis 1:26 — “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness…”

2. God created us to govern the earth
God gave mankind responsibility and authority to care for and rule over His creation.

*Genesis 1:28 — “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over… every living creature…”

3. Sin caused man to fall from God’s plan

*Genesis 2:16–17 — God commanded Adam not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

*John 14:15 — “If you love me, keep my commands.”

Genesis 3:7 — Sin brought shame.
Genesis 3:10 — Sin caused fear of God.
Genesis 3:16–19 — Sin brought curses and hardship.

4. Jesus brings us back to God’s plan
Through Jesus Christ, we are reconciled to God and restored into a relationship with Him.

*2 Corinthians 5:18–19 — “God… reconciled us to himself through Christ… God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ…”

5. How can we live in God’s plan?

Receive Jesus Christ and walk closely with Him.

Deepen your relationship with God through prayer, His Word, and obedience.

Live in the authority Christ has given you.

Be God’s representative by showing His love, character, and victory in your life.

*Colossians 2:6–7 — “Just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him…”

Thank you, everyone! See you next week for another lesson. God bless! ❤️🙏
