Good day SBAA stakeholders!

Despite the declaration of the resumption of f2f classes by the city, we will MAINTAIN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE FLEXIBLE MODE until August 14, 2026.

SBAA will continue to conduct classes online either synchronous or through coursework.

However, students who need to go to school to finalize enrollment or attend seminars or meetings must do so and coordinate with appropriate offices.

📣CALL FOR DONATIONS FOR BARANGAY GUISAD SURONG📣

Mabuhay!
On the evening of August 9, 2026, amid continuous heavy rains brought by the enhanced southwest monsoon, a landslide struck three houses in Barangay Guisad Surong, Baguio City, affecting five families. Lives were lost, several residents remain missing, and search and rescue operations are ongoing. Fourteen families, 62 individuals, including children as young as three years old have been forced to evacuate their homes and are currently sheltered at the Baguio International Academy, with seven more evacuees at the Guisad Surong Barangay Hall.

The evacuees urgently need food, blankets, clothes, and toiletries. Every act of generosity, no matter how small, will make a difference for our neighbors in this time of loss and displacement.
How you can help:

1) In-kind donations: Ready-to-eat food, drinking water, blankets, sleeping mats, clean clothing (adults' and children's), hygiene kits, and toiletries may be dropped off at Room F208, RIECO Office, or brought directly to the Baguio International Academy or the Guisad Surong Barangay Hall

2) Cash donations — May be sent in-person to the RIECO Office so that the office can issue an acknowledgment receipt for proper accounting.

Let us stand together as one community for the affected families of Guisad Surong. The RIECO Office shall wait for donations for the affected families until August 15, 2026.

📢 SBAA ADVISORY | IMPORTANT REMINDER

Please be informed that the processing of Adding, Dropping, and Withdrawal Forms is done strictly through face-to-face transactions.

Students who wish to process any of the following:
✔️ Adding of Subjects
✔️ Dropping of Subjects
✔️ Withdrawal of Subjects

📍 Must personally visit the Dean's Office during office hours. These requests cannot be processed through Facebook, email, or other online platforms.

Processing Steps:

1️⃣ Visit the Dean's Office and request the form.
2️⃣ Fill out all the required information completely.
3️⃣ Have the form signed by the Dean or the Dean's Secretary.
4️⃣ Photocopy the signed form three (3) times.
5️⃣ Proceed to the Student Accounts Office (SAO) for their signature.
6️⃣ Proceed to the Admission and Records Center (ARC) for their signature.
7️⃣ Once all required signatories have signed the form, submit one signed copy to each of the following offices for filing:

📁 Student Accounts Office (SAO)
📁 Admission and Records Center (ARC)

🕗 Office Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Students who have already completed subjects (WITH GRADES) that are still marked in red on their evaluation in the portal are advised to message the School of Business Administration and Accountancy (SBAA) page for subject crediting. This doesn't cover subjects that are still for completion (MANMGT4, MANSRV4, BPRACT, etc.) because the completion grade is not yet available.

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following details:
