Ever felt like communication was more than just words? In the Philippines, sign language isn’t always a part of our classrooms, but we’re here to change that!

The Alpha Phi Omega Gamma Pi Futures proudly presents 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗮, a 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙜𝙚 (𝙁𝙎𝙇) and 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙛 𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 & 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 Workshop!

As students of the University of the Philippines Baguio, we know the power of language. Now, it's time to take that knowledge a step further and learn how to communicate inclusively with our Deaf community.

By joining this workshop, you will gain a foundational understanding of FSL as a distinct language while debunking common myths about sign communication. Our expert instructors will guide you through the FSL alphabet, basic greetings, and survival signs, eventually enabling you to perform self-introductions and engage in short, basic conversations. Beyond the technical skills, you will develop a deeper sense of Deaf Culture and Sensitivity, ensuring your communication is both effective and respectful.

We are absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible turnout of this semester’s blood drive! Because of your generosity, we didn't just meet our goal, but rather we smashed it.

This event was a true reflection of Alpha Phi Omega fraternity and sorority’s core values in action—Leadership, Friendship, and Service. Through our strong leadership, we organized a meaningful initiative; through our genuine friendship, we built connections and support; and through our selfless service, we made a real difference in the lives of others.

A heartfelt gratitude to our Red Cross volunteers and the medical team for keeping things running smoothly, and of course, a never ending thank you to everyone took a step forward to save lives.

This event proved that when we lead with a spirit of service, strengthened by friendship and guided by leadership, we truly change lives. See you at the next one!

Nothing beats a cold treat on a fiesta spirit! 🍨🍦

Last March 10, the Alpha Phi Omega - Gamma Pi Chapter, in partnership with the UPB USC College of Science Committee, took over IM Plaza to give away free ice cream to our brave donors, fellow students, university staff and faculty!

This initiative was our way of adding a little extra sweetness to the KA-CSayahan 2026 festivities, and to the meaningful 3-day blood donation drive event of Gamma Pi in partnership with Red Cross Baguio Chapter.

A huge thanks to everyone who dropped by, donated, and shared a little cold treat with us. You made this event more meaningful and festive! 🌟
