✨ A new diplomatic journey begins—and it starts with knowing your LEADS.

Before you take your seat at the roundtable, get to know the organization behind the conference.

A Dossier, or often called a study/background guide, is sent to delegates to give them an overview of a committee and their agendas.

The UP Baguio League of Diplomatic Students (UPB LEADS) presents its Organization Dossier—your introduction to the organization, its purpose, and the community that brings diplomacy closer to the university. As you prepare to engage in discussions, represent perspectives, and navigate the dynamics of your respective committees, we invite you to learn more about the people and principles that make UPB LEADS what it is.

Your journey does not begin when the session starts—it begins with understanding the community you are now a part of.

Yours in Diplomacy,
UPB LEADS

More than five decades later, its history continues to remind us of the importance of remembering, learning, and protecting the rights and freedoms of every Filipino.

As we look back on this dark chapter of our nation's history, we remember the lives and experiences of those who endured human rights violations and the many Filipinos whose lives were deeply affected by the period.

May remembrance go beyond looking into the past. May it encourage us to learn from history, value the freedoms we have today, and remain mindful of the importance of human dignity, democracy, and human rights.

We remember. We learn. We carry the lessons forward.
