SCOUTS TAKE THIER OATH TO SERVE GOD, COUNTRY, AND SELF.

The much-awaited Investiture Ceremony of the Scouts was held earlier with great pride and enthusiasm. The event marked a new chapter for the young Scouts as they officially pledged their commitment to the values of scouting—discipline, service, and leadership.

The ceremony was highlighted by the formal acceptance of new members into the scouting movement. Each Scout received their neckerchief as a symbol of their readiness to serve and uphold the Scout Oath and Law. Leaders and officers guided the program, ensuring that the solemnity and significance of the occasion were well observed.

Parents, teachers, and guests showed strong support, making the event even more memorable.

Despite earlier uncertainties due to weather and schedule, the ceremony successfully pushed through, proving once again the Scouts’ resilience and unity.

Our Guest speaker sctr. Gerry Baucan, a wood badge holder, gave his message giving inspiration to our new scouts. He reminded the importance of the 3 points of scouting "Duty to God, Duty to Others, and Duty to self" and on how to apply this learning to others and to ourselves. It highlights the importance of the Scout Oath and Law.

Let us apply and remember what our speaker said "Share your points to the weaker one".

📌 URGENT MEETING OF SCOUT OFFICERS
September 22, 2025

The Scout Officers are called for an urgent meeting to finalize the preparations for the upcoming Investiture Ceremony. Key matters to be discussed include:

1. Final Schedule of Investiture – Targeted on Wednesday if there are classes on Tuesday. If there are no classes from Monday to Tuesday, the event will move to Thursday. If Wednesday is still suspended, the investiture will be postponed to next week before the Parade (October).

2. Budget and Tokens – Allocation of funds for the ceremony and preparation of a guest speaker token (pillow/unan).

3. Venue Contingency – If rain occurs, the program will be held at the 10-Productivity venue. If weather permits, it will push through at the grounds.

4. Guest Provisions – Snacks for guests, suggested menu: Pancit.

New set of officers!

With the coordination of the old officers, alumni, adult scout, and the Scout Master (Sir Reynil Delizo) have agreed on the re-election of officers.

The re-election are open to all grade level, as agreed on. The re-election was held on September 9, 2025. The purpose of the re-election was to bring improvements on the different activities that will be done, and maintain a balance of different grade levels to avoid bias. Let us hope that the new set of officers will be dedicated to serve our club.

Let us give a warm welcome to the new set of officers.

ANNOUNCEMENT: BSP Training and 2nd Batch Recruitment

We are pleased to announce the start of BSP training for current members, as well as the opening for registration of the 2nd batch recruitment.

Training Details:
Starting Monday, August 11 through Friday, August 15, 2025
⏰: Members must be on the ground by 12:25 PM for a 5-minute preparation period.
✅ Training will officially begin at 12:30 PM and conclude at 1:00 PM.

2nd Batch Recruitment:
Registration and recruitment for the 2nd batch of BSP will run from
📅 August 11 to August 15, 2025, during the same time slot (12:25 PM to 1:00 PM).

We encourage all interested individuals to register and become part of the BSP program. Current members are reminded to be punctual and ready for training.
