🔎 Apparent at Non-Apparent Disabilities
🧠 toto Not all disabilities are visible — but all are real and should be respected.
According to NCDA Administrative Order No. 001, s. 2021, there are two types of disability:
✅ Apparent - there is a physical indication
✅ Non-Apparent – invisible, but has an impact on health, behavior, or treatment
This recognition is essential for a more equal, humane, and inclusive society.
