CWEARC through its Executive Director Abigail B. Anongos participated in the 26th EU-NGO Human Rights Forum in Belgium last Dec 9 and 10, 2025. This year's theme is 'Partnering for Equality and Non-discrimination.' Anongos served as one of the panelists in the thematic plenary Intersectionality in Focus.

INTER-CITY EXCHANGE: Advancing Human Rights in Northern Luzon Building on the commitment to human rights, an Inter-City Exchange was held on December 9, 2025, at the Cañao Hall, University of the Cordilleras.

The event gathered Barangay Officials and representatives from Baguio City, Tabuk City, San Fernando City, and Santiago City, alongside key partners: the Cordillera Women's Education Action and Research Center (CWEARC), KADUAMI, and the Cordilleran Youth Center (C*C).

Attendees benefited from valuable insights shared by a distinguished panel of human rights advocates, including:

Ms. Mariecris Araga (National Human Rights Officer)
