As part of its commitment to social responsibility and community development, TMPC proudly donated a laptop, printer and ink supplies to San Pedro Elementary School located at Sasmuan, Pampanga, to help enhance its educational and administrative capabilities. The donated equipment were turned over by Director Nan Jenel Nulud and Audit Com Member Mary Jane Martinez and TMPC staff – Dharyll, Erec and Sherilly last June 6, 2026.

The donation aims to support teachers and students by providing essential tools that can be used for preparing learning materials, printing educational resources, managing school records, and facilitating day-to-day academic activities. In today's digital age, access to technology plays a vital role in creating a more effective and engaging learning environment. This initiative reflects the cooperative's belief that investing in education is an investment in the future. By extending assistance to schools, TMPC hopes to contribute to the development of young minds and help educators perform their duties more efficiently.

The school administration headed by School Principal Mam Ma. Emily Kabiling and faculty expressed their sincere gratitude for the support, emphasizing that the donated equipment will greatly benefit both teachers and students. The partnership between the cooperative and the educational community demonstrates the power of collaboration in creating positive and lasting change.

TMPC remains steadfast in its mission of serving not only its members but also the wider community through meaningful programs and initiatives that promote education, empowerment, and sustainable development.

Total donation amounted to Php 48,439.

𝗧𝗠𝗣𝗖 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗗𝗨𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗬

In line with its commitment to community service and sustainable development, TMPC conducted a free cabbage distribution activity for its members and the surrounding community last May 30, 2026 and June 5, 2026 at TIPI Baguio and Engineer’s Hill Barangay, Baguio City with the assistance of Mankayan Agri-Rescue Initiative Coordination. A total of 2,500 kilos of cabbage was purchased. This initiative was undertaken not only to provide fresh and nutritious produce to families but also to extend meaningful support to our hardworking local farmers. Total cost of these distributions amounted to Php28,400.

By purchasing cabbages directly from local growers, TMPC helped ease the burden of excess harvests and contributed to ensuring that farmers receive fair value for their produce. Rather than allowing quality vegetables to go to waste, the initiative transformed an agricultural challenge into an opportunity to strengthen community solidarity.

The distribution was warmly received by members and residents, who appreciated the cooperative's effort to provide healthy food while promoting local agriculture. The activity highlighted the important role that cooperatives play in bridging the gap between producers and consumers, creating benefits for both sectors.

This simple yet impactful program reflects the cooperative principle of Concern for Community. By supporting local farmers and sharing the harvest with our members and community, TMPC continues to demonstrate that collective action can create positive and lasting change. Through initiatives like these, the cooperative remains dedicated to building stronger communities, promoting food security, and helping our local farmers thrive.

These events provide valuable opportunities for our officers and staff to engage with fellow cooperatives, industry experts, and regulatory bodies, fostering the exchange of knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas.

Attendance in these assemblies allows our officers and staff to stay informed about the latest developments in cooperative governance, financial management, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and member services. More importantly, it strengthens our network within the cooperative sector and reinforces our shared mission of empowering communities through sustainable and inclusive growth.

The knowledge and insights gained from these activities do not end at the conference halls. Upon returning, our officers and staff conduct internal discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions to translate these learnings into practical improvements within the cooperative. New strategies, enhanced operational procedures, and innovative service approaches are evaluated and, when appropriate, integrated into our existing systems to better serve our members.

As we move forward, we remain committed to learning, innovating, and applying best practices that will contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of our cooperative.
