📢 ENROLLMENT PROCESS GUIDE | A.Y. 2026–2027

SEA students, enrollment is just around the corner! To help make your enrollment experience smoother, we've prepared step-by-step guides based on your enrollment status.

This series includes:
📌 Regular Students (with and without deficiencies)
📌 Irregular Students (with and without COA)

Please check the guide that applies to your situation and carefully follow the required steps before proceeding with enrollment.

⚠️ Important Reminders:
• Students with a Certificate of Approval (COA) must first secure clearance from the CCSD before proceeding with enrollment.
• Students with academic deficiencies are advised to settle their requirements immediately to the Dean’s Office, as enrollment may not proceed until deficiencies are addressed.
• If you incurred 50% or more failed units in your enrolled courses from the previous semester, you are required to report to the CCSD Office before enrolling.

Take time to review each slide and follow the correct process to avoid delays.

📢 LOCKER CLEARANCE ALERT! 🗄️

Starting Monday, July 21 – Tuesday until July 24 – Friday, all past locker lessees’ belongings are ready for claiming.
The SEA SAC will gather your stuff if not retrievedby then(yes, even the mystery Tupperware 🍱) to make way for new rentals.

📍 Claim the items at the SEA SAC Office, 2nd Basement, Centennial Building.

🗓️ To be claimed on August 10 – Monday until August 17– Monday only.

⏳ Unclaimed items may be recycled into modern art… or disposed of.

Don’t let your things become legend—come get them! 🏃‍♂️💨

Enrollment FAQs

Q: REGULAR STUDENTS

Answer: these students taking the required number of units for the semester as stated in the curriculum

Q: COURSE SUBJECT PROBLEMS FOR REGULAR STUDENTS
Answer: If subjects/courses are incomplete, you can go and proceed to the day of adding and dropping of subjects in the school.

Q:STILL IN PROVINCE AND CANNOT ATTEND FOR ADDING OF SUBJECTS
Answer: You can let other students, do the adding for you.
What are the requirements?
- Authorization Letter to the entrusted person w/ Signature of the student that is not present
- Student ID with ID number (photocopy/xerox)
-If no other choice, sacrifice to go back and enroll

Q: IRREGULAR STUDENT
Answer: these students who previously failed a subject or are taking any courses not advised for the semester (back subject) based on their curriculum.

Q: Payment still not reflected on my portal
Answer: Please be informed that your payment must be reflected in your account. The SEA Dean's office cannot override the system to process your enrollment if there is still an outstanding balance on your account.

Q: Deficiency
1. Answer: Clear all deficiencies to any concerned offices.
Log in to your UB Portal and check if you have deficiency

2. Answer: If EFSET Deficiency, wait for the schedule of your year level to enroll F2F (Even regular students are to comply IF YOU HAVE DEFICIENCY)

Q: NFE/INC
Answer: For concerns regarding your grades, kindly communicate with your respective instructors.
Address your INC/NFE status. Complete any requisites associated with the INC/NFE before or during the enrollment period.

Q: How does the full tuition fee discount work?
Answer: You can avail of a tuition fee discount by paying the full tuition amount during enrollment. A 5% discount will apply, but you must first coordinate with the SAO.

Q: What is the required downpayment?
Answer: A down payment of 25% of the total assessment is required. If your assessment is not updated, please reach out to the Student Accounts Office so they can assist you in updating it.

Q: Is it okay to enroll if I have an outstanding balance?
Answer: No. You have to pay the remaining amount.

A Night of Celebration, Gratitude, and New Beginnings (Part 2)

Last June 9, 2026, the School of Engineering and Architecture gathered at the FGB Hall to honor and celebrate the graduating class during the Tribute to Graduates 2026.

The evening was filled with heartfelt messages, laughter, memories, and moments that reminded us of the journey our graduates have taken to reach this milestone. Behind every diploma lies years of perseverance, sacrifices, sleepless nights, challenges overcome, and dreams relentlessly pursued.

As we paid tribute to the Class of 2026, we celebrated not only their academic achievements but also the resilience, growth, and determination that shaped them into the future architects, engineers, and leaders they are today.
