Gateway Apprenticeship Program is a nonprofit organization that offers Baguio teens innovative out-of-school-time activities through its academic, sports, technical, and creative arts programs. Programs are provided through a network of public and private partnerships that include Team LEAD (Leadership Empowerment And Development), Interactive Professionals (iPro). GAP plans to initiate a strong c

ollaboration with the City of Baguio to expand the reach of its programs by working to win the support of other community-based organizations already working within high-need areas. GAP aims to provide learning opportunities for policymakers, practitioners, academic institutions, and researchers working on youth and education issues at the local level. Our goal is to enable participants to become more effective in the development, enactment, and implementation of sound policies affecting the city’s young people by providing information, insights, and networks to better understand the development of healthy and successful young people, productive workers, and participating citizens in the society.
