The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the acceptance of CPD undertaking for the renewal of Professional Identification Card (PIC) is extended until 31 December 2026.

1. Get an OATH appointment at online.prc.gov.ph and choose Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking. Status in your transaction will be TO ATTEND THE FACE-TO-FACE OATHTAKING. After the oathtaking, it will be tagged as ATTENDED if already attended or NO SHOW if absent.

2. On June 27, 2026, please be at the venue before 12:30 PM. Submit the Oath Form with QR code to the PRC personnel at the entrance.

2. For the mechanics of payment, please open this link https://bit.ly/Mar2026CEoath . The deadline of confirmation is on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐍𝐍. STRICTLY NO REGISTRATION AT THE OATHTAKING VENUE.

3. For those who cannot attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking, online/virtual oathtaking will be scheduled after the conduct of all face-to-face mass oathtaking nationwide. Check FB Page PRC CAR - Baguio City for future advisories.

𝑰𝑰𝑰. 𝑹𝑬𝑮𝑰𝑺𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 𝑶𝑭 𝑳𝑰𝑪𝑬𝑵𝑺𝑬, 𝑹𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑺 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑪𝑬𝑹𝑻𝑰𝑭𝑰𝑪𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺/𝑨𝑼𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑰𝑪𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺

1. Registration of passers and release of the PRC ID will start on the same day after the ceremony at the oath-taking venue.

2. Verify grades/ratings on PRC’s website https://verification.prc.gov.ph/ using your Application Number.

3. CERTIFICATIONS OF RATING AND PASSING and its authentication may be requested even before the scheduled mass oathtaking as long as you have your appointment. Submit the Order of Payment Form (for Certification) or Action Sheet (for Authentication) and corresponding documentary stamps on your appointment date for the processing and issuance of your request.
For lost NOA, and/or with mismatched details (wrong name and date of birth), please proceed personally to the nearest PRC Office for the correction as instructed in the Online Appointment System. Correction should be done first prior to oath appointment and buying of tickets.
