(A Child's) DREAM aspires to create a relationship that nurtures both aspects of a healthy person: creative potential and social contribution.

This collaborative tie up is crucial for a child’s healthy development. Mobilizing the child’s immediate family and extended community shall be the fulfillment of that dream when the child’s full potential comes to fruition. VISION explained

A Child’s DREAM (Developmental Rehabilitative Early Assessment & Management) Foundation, Inc. seeks to create a relationship that nurtures both aspects of a

healthy person: creative potential and social contribution. Creative programs will be extended, and other programs, such as athletic and service-oriented activities, will be launched to further the self-discovery of each special child. This self-discovery will lead to each child’s increased consciousness of societal belonging. We at A Child’s DREAM believe social contribution is crucial to the healthy development of every child. In order to grow as a multi-talented person, the special child must find support in his immediate family environment and extended community. Seminars and other informational programs will offer increased support to the family. Additionally, to create more ease of access for families of special children, A Child’s DREAM aspires to consolidate all associations, therapeutic options, and treatment methods available. A Child’s DREAM envisions care for each special child that mobilizes efforts of the entire community. Just as each child is responsible to society, so is society responsible to each child. The impact of the child who grows into a healthy and productive citizen is immeasurable. Children today, when instilled with compassionate ideals, will become adults who advance the best in humanity.Empower each child with early intervention & dedicated,holistic care,to lead a productive life.
