The Cooperative Union of Baguio City and Luzon (CUBCL), in partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region (CDA-CAR) and the Abra Diocesan Teachers and Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ADTEMPCO), invites all cooperatives and partners to join the 3rd Regional Gender and Development (GAD) Summit!
