Donation Drive Bingo for the Typhoon Paeng Victims 🙏✨

At sa letraaang O! Over na ang ating Donation Drive BINGO!

After four days we have received a total of 13,540 pesos which we have coordinated and transferred to Rotaract Clubs of Rotary International District 3870 for the assistance and relief operations on the victims of Typhoon Paeng through the #𝐎𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐘𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐅.

We would like to thank everyone that has participated and made this possible!

In this day and age, the world we know is facing various adversaries in local communities. We, as Rotaractors, have the power to imagine what we can contribute which constitutes change. Rotaractors are known for creating innovative projects that could improve lives and communities that are mainly aligned towards the seven causes of Rotary International. To inspire Rotaractors in initiating their own plans of action, that could create a positive impact, the International Service Committee of Rotary International District 3820, together with Pilipinas Rotaract MDIO, will be hosting a webinar called Transcend: Surpassing the Limits of Addressing Local Issues by Turning Actions into Global Solutions.

In view of this, we are cordially inviting any Rotaractor to get inspired by seasoned young leaders, who have created long-lasting changes to the communities they have touched and taken care of. These speakers, who are from various Rotaract clubs, have shown their excellence in community service projects and were awarded by esteemed award-giving bodies in Rotaract.

Spread Awareness, Exterminate it's menace
END POLIO now!

For more than 35 years, Rotary has been fighting to end polio. As of date, Pakistan & Afghanistan are the only remaining polio-endemic nations. Join us in this fight and together, let’s imagine a world free of polio. 💚🤍💜

"We only need two drops to STOP POLIO"

Every October, Rotary celebrates World Polio Day in recognition of its the advancements made in the fight against polio. As the District Rotaract Representative of Rotary International District 3790, I wish to lead and set the best example in the ongoing fight to end polio, which Rotary has been waging for more than 35 years. Let us keep raising funds to battle polio and spread awareness.

The IP Month, being celebrated every October, promotes the recognition and protection of the rights of the Indigenous Cultural Communities.

This year, with the theme,
𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙮𝙤𝙙 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙜 𝙣𝙖 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙨, the IP Month Celebration aims to focus on the significant role of the cultural communities in managing the pandemic while safeguarding their cultural heritage.

Aligned with this theme and in support to IPs, the Rotaract Club of Metro Baguio will be having a VIRTUAL ART EXHIBIT on Oct. 28, 2022. The event will be a showcasing of artworks to raise cultural awareness and further cultural appreciation among the youth.

🌻Submission of entries will be on Oct. 20-27, 2022. Artworks are not only limited to visual art pieces, but may also include literary works such as poems, musical compositions, etc.

🌻All entries will be posted on our page on October 27. Certificates will given to the participants.
