From Understanding to Inner Strength

Hi! Repost from Godlywood Studio of Brahma Kumaris

This week's theme, "From Understanding to Inner Strength," by Respected B.K. Mohini Didi ji, Chief Administrative Head Brahma Kumaris guides us to awaken our inner strength through a deeper connection with the Supreme Soul.

The article beautifully explains how wisdom, open-minded listening, experiencing God's love, managing stress with inner power, and holding on to hope and faith can help us transform challenges into opportunities. By understanding and applying these spiritual principles in our daily lives, we can strengthen ourselves and contribute to creating a more peaceful, loving, and better world.

The Gift of the Present
When the past is mixed into the present, it prevents you from experiencing the happiness the present offers. So the question is how do you forget the past? Focus your attention on that which is good in the present. Do not compare the present to the past.

"THE STORY OF IMMORTALITY: A RETURN TO SELF-SOVEREIGNTY" -- a beautifully illustrated book, relating the knowledge of Raja Yoga, which is usually shared by the Brahma Kumaris in form of a course, given orally from one person to another. The story takes the reader by the hand and leads into the magical world of the Confluence Age, an age of epochal transformation of the world. Its content is timeless and addresses the most persistent questions of any spiritual seeker: Who am I? Who is God? What is the nature of the soul? How does the universal Law of Karma work? What is the nature of time? What is the relationship among the worldโ€™s great religions?

Available for the first time in the history of the Brahma Kumaris is a single volume which encompasses the comprehensive teachings of Raja Yoga. Now you can read it, and own a beautifully illustrated coffee table hard-cover, limited edition.

๐Ÿ’› What I dislike in others, I will find in myself. I understand that my negative reaction to another is evidence of an unresolved wound in me. I learn to do my inner work. I turn inwards to discover and heal the effect of past hurts. If left unattended, they are like open wounds that are easily poked by others. Today let me turn inwards and clean my mind and heart. ๐Ÿ’ซโœจ๏ธ

โ€œWe should be careful to take away from ourselves any thorns that prick us in the personality of others.โ€ Hazrat Inayat Khan

What I dislike in others, I will find in myself. I understand that my negative reaction to another is evidence of an unresolved wound in me. I learn to do my inner work. I turn inwards to discover and heal the effect of past hurts. If left unattended, they are like open wounds that are easily poked by others. Today let me turn inwards and clean my mind and heart.
