Jobโ€™s Daughters International (JDI), founded by Mrs. Wead-Mick in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1920, is a service oriented non-profit organization created to unite young women who share the common bond of a Masonic heritage. Membership enables to learn leadership skills, organizational methods, and the importance of fulfilling individual responsibilities within a group. By planning their

own activities, the members have fun do what they want to do, and at the same time create lasting friendships.
