The University of Cordilleras College of Law is grateful for the utmost support of Barangay Poblacion, La Trinidad Benguet for accommodating our Law Student Practitioners and esteemed lawyers last July 21 and 22, 2026 at Población Barangay Hall in the conduct of our free Legal Aid Services.
Said activity served not only as a learning experience for the students but also showed how noble the law profession is as it serves as a glimpse of hope for a lot of people.
While the acronym "SUBLI', means Service, Uphold, Bridge, Learn and Integrity, 'subli' is also an Ilocano word that means return.
Indeed, the students will surely return to this humbling experience as they face not only the remaining days of their law school journey but also the career they have chosen.
Further, we would also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the lawyers who imparted their knowledge and service during the activity including the following: Atty. Dennis Tovera; Atty. Miller Quintin Jr.; Atty. Wilfred Carbonell; Atty. Jenelyn Lapas; Atty. Cyrus Calaya; and most especially, Atty. Mary Megan Tabora.
In the end, this activity will not be successful without the participation and dedication of Población Barangay constituents who have given their full trust and appreciation to this activity.
Salasalamat kakailyan! Agbiag!
