Little lessons can create the biggest impact. Through our advocacy ๐‹๐ˆ๐Š๐๐€๐˜๐€๐, we had the privilege of visiting Rizal Elementary School and spending time with the amazing Grade 3 students as we shared activities focused on ๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ฒ (๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐จ) and ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ฒ. ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ”ข

The classroom quickly filled with excitement, laughter, and curious young minds eager to participate. Seeing the students raise their hands, try their best, and celebrate even the smallest achievements reminded us how meaningful learning can be when it is shared with patience and encouragement. ๐Ÿง 

This experience was more than just teaching lessons. It was about connecting with the students, building their confidence, and showing them that learning can be fun, supportive, and inspiring. ๐ŸŒฑ

We are grateful to Rizal Elementary School for welcoming us and allowing us to share this meaningful experience with their students. May this small step continue to spark curiosity, strengthen foundational skills, and inspire these young learners to keep exploring, reading, and dreaming. โœจ

! Meet the Advocates Behind LIKNAYAN !

Behind every activity, lesson, and smile is a group of students committed to making learning more meaningful. We are the advocates of LIKNAYAN, a student-led advocacy from SLU BEdS Grade 12 STEM F Saint Elizabeth, working together to support young learners from Rizal Elementary School and Brookside Elementary School. ๐Ÿ“šโœจ

Through our immersion program, we aim to help nurture literacy, numeracy, and creativity by creating fun and engaging learning experiences. What started as a simple idea has become a shared mission, to inspire, guide, and make a positive difference in the lives of our learners.

We believe that change begins with small actions.

Small lessons, big impact ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ก Through our advocacy ๐‹๐ˆ๐Š๐๐€๐˜๐€๐, we visited Brookspoint Elementary School and taught Grade 2 students the basics of ๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ฒ (๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐จ) and ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ฒ. Reading simple words to solving numbers together, the classroom was filled with curiosity, laughter, and eager hands in the air ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ.
