๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ is a brain condition that makes a person's mood change a lot. Sometimes, they feel very excited or full of energy (these are called "highs"). Other times, they feel very sad or tired (these are called "lows"). These ups and downs can make everyday life hard. Doctors can help with medicine, talking to a therapist, and healthy routines.

1. The Highs (Mania)
Imagine your brain is stuck in "fast-forward."
The Feeling: You feel invincible, superhuman, or extremely irritable.
The Action: You talk a mile a minute, stop sleeping because you don't feel tired, and make impulsive choices (like spending your entire savings) because everything feels like a great idea.
2. The "Mini" Highs (Hypomania)
This is a toned-down version of mania.
The Feeling: Youโre highly productive, social, and "on top of the world."
The Difference: It doesn't usually ruin your life or land you in the hospital, but people close to you will notice youโre acting differently than usual.
3. The Lows (Depression)
This is like a heavy, dark fog that won't lift.
The Feeling: Deep sadness, total exhaustion, and feeling "empty."
The Action: You lose interest in everything you used to love. Even basic tasks, like brushing your teeth or getting out of bed, feel like climbing a mountain.
4. The "Mixed" State
This is often the most uncomfortable phaseโfeeling "wired but tired."
The Feeling: You have the frantic energy of a High, but the dark, hopeless thoughts of a Low. Itโs like having a racing engine while the brakes are locked.
