This June 13, 2026, JCI Las Chicas del Baguio spearheaded the Batang Lider Awarding Ceremony, celebrating young individuals in Baguio City whose leadership, initiative, and commitment to service continue to inspire those around them.

The Youth Leadership Excellence Award (YLEA) is more than a recognition—it is a celebration of young people who choose to lead with purpose, courage, and heart.

JCI Las Chicas del Baguio took part in the ONT Initiatives Rollout, an opportunity to discover new platforms and initiatives that can help Jaycees make the most of their membership and expand their connections within JCI Philippines.

With initiatives such as JCIP EDGE, the Business Directory, Digital Donation Drive, and JCIP Merchandise, members are given more ways to showcase, support, engage, and create opportunities—both within the organization and beyond it.

Opening Ceremonies & Sports Competitions
Here are the highlights from the Opening Ceremonies and Sports Competitions of UNOlympics 2026 held on May 2, 2026 in Pangasinan.
The event officially kicked off with energy, excitement, and camaraderie as JCI Philippines North Luzon Area One members gathered to celebrate teamwork, sportsmanship, and fellowship through friendly competition.
Hosted by the Pangasinan Region under the leadership of Regional Vice President Kristine Avelino-Gabris, the gathering reflected the region’s commitment to excellence, unity, and impactful leadership.
Special appreciation as well to the host Local Organizations led by Pres. Owen Navarro of JCI Dagupan Bangus, Pres. Jannel Alcantara of JCI Dagupeñas, and Pres. John Luis Bauzon of JCI Dagupan Inc. for their dedication, teamwork, and hospitality in making the event vibrant, organized, and memorable.

JCI Las Chicas del Baguio is proud to formalize its Local Twinning Partnership with JCI Naguilian Basi, represented by its President, strengthening the bond between two organizations committed to leadership, service, and meaningful collaboration.

Our twinning partnership was brought to life through EmpowHER: Empowering Women, Strengthening Communities, where JCI Las Chicas del Baguio joined JCI Naguilian Basi and fellow JCI organizations in providing free legal aid, women’s rights education, and self-defense training to women and members of the community. ⚖️🥋📚

JCI Las Chicas del Baguio launched Mind the Gap with a timely and relevant workshop focused on identifying blind spots, hidden risks, and overlooked operational gaps that may be holding businesses back.

Because sometimes, “Okay lang. Okay naman. Sanayan na lang.” can allow inefficiencies and resource waste to become part of the system.

The session helped participants:
