CITY ON RED ALERT FOR 'PAOLO'

The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) under Mayor Benjamin Magalong has placed the city under red alert status effective 8 a.m. today, Oct. 3, 2025 in anticipation of tropical cyclone "Paolo."

CDRRM Officer Charles Bryan Carame who led the
Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment meeting yesterday
said all barangay emergency operation centers (EOCs), BDRRM and BHERTS have been activated.

The virtual EOC for quick communication with all barangays and responders has also been set in motion.

The public is advised to stay alert. For emergency, please call 911. - APR
