Ang 1 cubic meter nga tubig kaparehu sang 1,000 ka litros.

Para mas madali i-imagine, amo ini ang iya estimate sa adlaw-adlaw nga gamit:

**Drum sang tubig:**
Halos 5 ka drum (ang standard nga blue/metal drum naga-unod sang ~200 liters kada isa).

**Container (Gallon):**
Halos 53 ka blue 5-gallon containers (ang gina-orderan sang purified water nga 18.9 liters ang karga).

**Timbang:**
Nagatimbang sang 1,000 kilograms (1 metric ton) subong man exacto nga 1,000 kilos.

**Takus sang Tangke:**
Isa ka cubic box nga may takus nga 1 meter ang kalabaon, 1 meter ang kalaparun, kag 1 meter ang kataason.

**Sa Billing / Consumption Estimate:**
Sa kunsumo sang isa ka pamilya (4 to 5 ka katapo), ang isa ka kubiko sang tubig nagalawig sang mga 1 to 2 ka adlaw depende sa paggamit sa pagpaligo, paglaba, kag paghugas sang pinggan.

Sa atun miyembro kag konsumidor sang Purok Talutog Water System Community Cooperative,
ang Committee on Billing and Collection ang nagakapot sang pondo gikan sa mga konsumidor pakadto sa kaban sang kooperatiba. Sila ang nagatatap sang adlaw-adlaw nga koleksyon, pag-isyu sang opisyal nga resibo, kag pagbantay sa mga delinquent accounts ukon ilegal nga koneksyon (illegal taps).

ANU ANG LEVEL III WATER SYSTEM?

☝️Ang Level 3 water system (ukon Level 3 communal faucet system / waterworks system) amo ang pinakataas nga klase sang water supply system suno sa standard sang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) kag Department of Health (DOH) diri sa Pilipinas.

📝 Ini ang mga kinaiya sang Level 3 water system:

✅Individual House Connections:
May ara sang kaugalingon nga gripo ukon linya sang tubig ang kada de-pamilya nga balay ukon establisimento. Indi mo na kinahanglan magsag-ub sa gwa ukon makig-ambit sa gripo sang tupad balay.

✅Complete System:
Kombinasyon ini sang masaligan nga water source (subong sang deep well ukon spring), pumping station, treatment facility (para masiguro nga tinlo kag luwas imnon), storage tank (reservoir), kag piping network nga naga-konekta direkta sa mga balay.

✅May Metered Billing:
Masami nga may *water meter* ang kada balay para matakus ang insakto nga konsumo sang tubig nga amo man ang basihan sang pagbayad kada bulan.

📌Kinalain sa Level 1 kag Level 2:

🤔Para mas mahapos intindihon, amo ini ang kinalain sang tatlo:

📑 1. Level 1 (Point Source): Isa lang ka kuluhaan sang tubig (pareho sang bubon, sag-uban, ukon *handpump*) nga ginadungkaan kag ginasag-uban sang mga pamilya sa isa ka lugar.

📑 2. Level 2 (Communal Faucet System): May network sang tubo halin sa kuluhaan sang tubig pakadto sa mga communal faucet ukon pampubliko nga gripo. Ang isa ka gripo ginadungkaan sang kada 4 tubtob 6 ka panimalay.

📑 3. Level 3 (Waterworks System):
Direkta na sa sulod ukon gwa sang kaugalingon mo nga balay ang gripo.

Ang inyo water bill ipanghatag na sumugod karun sa hapun sa inyo nga mga balay.

Note:
Kun gusto mo na magbayad sininnga adlaw nga wala pa ang imu water bill pwede gid kamu makakadto sa atun Treasurer kay ato sa iya ang lista sang inyo nga water bill.

Logo Symbolism & Meaning

The Blue Water Droplet (Center):
This is the core of the logo. It represents clean, safe, and flowing water. It symbolizes life, health, and the primary service that the Purok Talutog Water System Community provides to every household.

The Rice Stalks (Left)
These golden grains of rice pay tribute to Barangay Dulao and Bago City’s identity as the "Rice Bowl of Negros Occidental." It shows that water is not just for drinking, but is also the lifeblood of our local farming and livelihood.

The United Community Figures (Right)
The stylized figures holding hands represent the residents of Purok Talutog. It showcases the spirit of *bayanihan* (cooperation), unity, and shared responsibility in managing and taking care of our communal water source.

The Rising Sun (Top Center):
The golden sun with rays (resembling the Philippine sun) represents hope, a bright future, and the vitality of the community.

The Bottom Banner:
The Hiligaynon phrase "Tubig kag Kabuhi sa Komunidad" translates to "Water and Life in the Community," emphasizing that water is essential to our daily survival and progress.
