Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo, 2026 — Araw ng Kalayaan, sama-sama nating alalahanin ang kagitingan at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani na nagbigay-daan sa kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon. Nawa’y maging inspirasyon ito sa bawat Pilipino, lalo na sa kabataan, upang patuloy na mahalin, pangalagaan, at paglingkuran ang ating bayan.

𝐒𝐊 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Kinablangan gratefully took part in the Opening Ceremony of Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Dr. Beato C. Macayra National High School last June 1, 2025 (Monday), standing in solidarity with our respected teachers, parents, learners, and community stakeholders in preparation for another fruitful academic year.

As one of the highlights of this commitment, the SK successfully distributed large trash bins to the six (6) schools comprising Barangay Kinablangan. This project was realized in response to the request of the majority of our respective school heads, who identified waste management as one of the pressing concerns affecting the cleanliness and overall learning environment of our schools.

This meaningful initiative was further strengthened by the presence and support of our Local Youth Development Office Staff under the direction of Ma’am Aileen Mae Alvar and SK Municipal Federation President Hon. Geoffrey Samonte, who led the distribution of paint liters to schools across the barangay, symbolizing our collective effort to make our learning spaces cleaner, brighter, and more conducive to quality education. We also express our gratitude to Mr. Bebot Manug for the lent assistance in transportation.

The SK Kinablangan Council offers FREE use of sports materials for Pickleball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Volleyball, and Basketball for the youth of Kinablangan.

This initiative will continue even beyond the summer season as part of our continuous support for the youth.

Today marks another meaningful milestone for Ibañez Elementary School as it successfully held its Installation and Turnover Ceremony honoring the dedicated leadership of outgoing School Head, Ma’am Merlyn Monday, and warmly welcoming the incoming School Head, Ma’am Abigail Crave.

On behalf of our Barangay Council in the lead of Punong Barangay Hon. Perle Teodoro S. Ibañez, the event was graced by the presence of our very own SK Chairperson Hon. Wendy Manug together with the Schools Division Superintendent Ma’am Josephine Fadul, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Sir Christian Sango, CID Chief Ma’am Nancy Sumagaysay, Public Schools District Supervisor D. Chryza Reyes, SB Member Hon. Ronald Balug, respected School Principals and Heads, the School’s Teaching Personnel and Staff, General PTA President Mrs. Aiceles Donato, distinguished guests, parents, and pupils.

Moreover, the institution extends its heartfelt gratitude to Ma’am Merlyn Monday for her committed service, leadership, and valuable contributions to the school community. At the same time, the school warmly welcomes Ma’am Abigail Crave as she begins a new chapter of leadership, commitment, and service for the continuous growth and success of Ibañez Elementary School.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Kinablangan extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the recently concluded Baganga Summer Camp 2026.

To our very supportive Municipal Mayor Hon. Lary Taya, Vice Mayor Hon. Karl Macayra together with the rest of our very own Sangguniang Bayan Members, dedicated LYDO Office in the lead of Ma’am Aileen Mae Alvar, Municipal Administrator Ma’am Joy Grecia, SK Chairpersons, event committees, and Sangguniang Barangay Kagawads, Hon. Junrey Abrahan and Hon. Reynaldo Garcia spearheaded by Punong Barangay Hon. Perle Teodoro Ibañez, and special thanks also to Mr. Bebot Manug and Mr. Dodoy Vallejo — thank you for your all out and unwavering support in every youth development-focused initiatives, especially in ensuring the smooth transportation and flow of activities.

To all young Kinablanganon participants of Basketball, Badminton, Dance and Theatre, and Taekwondo, thank you for showcasing your talents, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the 4-day event.

This meaningful celebration became more memorable because of the unity, cooperation, and active participation of the empowered youth and supportive community. You all truly made our Baganga Summer Camp 2026 a successful and unforgettable experience for everyone.

We are pleased to announce the participation of our 48 youth delegates in the upcoming Summer Camp Baganga 2026 to be held on May 11–15, 2026. This activity aims to strengthen leadership, teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie among the youth through various cultural and athletic activities.

All participants are advised to kindly coordinate and reach out to this page or directly to our SK Chairperson Hon. Wendy Manug for communication regarding schedules, transportation, reminders, and other important announcements related to the activity.
