The Council Scouts Youth Forum 2026, held from February 20 to 22, 2026, was more than just a gathering — it was a celebration of leadership, unity, and the true spirit of Scouting. 💚⚜️ Hosted at the Orani National High School, this three-day forum brought together passionate and dedicated young leaders from different schools and communities, all ready to serve and make a difference.

Guided by the principles of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, participants engaged in meaningful discussions, leadership workshops, team-building activities, and collaborative planning sessions aimed at strengthening youth involvement and empowering future Scout leaders.

𝟭𝟮𝟵ᵗʰ 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗶 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 🇵🇭

Ngayong ika-129 na paggunita sa Araw ng Kamatayan ni Dr. Jose Rizal, muli nating inaalala ang buhay at sakripisyo ng isang bayani na gumising sa kamalayan ng sambayanang Pilipino. Sa kanyang talino, panulat, at matibay na prinsipyo, ipinakita niya na ang tunay na pagmamahal sa bayan ay nasusukat sa tapang na ipaglaban ang katotohanan at katarungan.

Tunay na tumatatak sa ating isipan ang kanyang mga salita:
“Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.”
Isang hamon ito sa bawat isa sa atin na maging responsable, mapanuri, at handang maglingkod sa Inang Bayan. Ipinapaalala rin niya na “Hindi ako sumulat para sa aking panahon, kundi para sa darating na salinlahi,” kaya’t hanggang ngayon, patuloy nating binabalikan at isinasabuhay ang kanyang mga aral.

Sa gitna ng mga hamon ng kasalukuyan, manatili nawa sa ating mga puso ang kanyang babala:
“Walang alipin kung walang mapang-api.”
Nawa’y magsilbi itong gabay upang tayo’y maging mulat, matapang, at may malasakit sa kapwa at sa bayan. Sa pag-alala kay Rizal, ipinagpapatuloy natin ang kanyang adhikain isang Pilipinas na malaya, makatarungan, at may dangal.

Day 6 — Closing Ceremony of the Asia Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree🌏⚜️

As the sun set on an unforgettable journey, our hearts were full and our spirits even stronger. Today marked the closing of the Asia Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree, a day filled with reflection, gratitude, and pride as we celebrated everything we shared, learned, and built together. From different cultures, languages, and backgrounds, we stood united as one global Scout family.

The closing ceremony was more than just an ending it was a reminder that the friendships formed, lessons learned, and memories created will continue far beyond this jamboree. Laughter, cheers, and even a few tears filled the air as delegates looked back on days of adventure, service, cultural exchange, and growth. Every challenge faced and every smile shared shaped us into better leaders and better individuals.

To Kampopogi Scouts delegates💚🔥Thank You for representing with confidence, discipline, and genuine Scout spirit! You carried not just your uniforms, but your values, culture, and pride wherever you went. Truly, you showed the world what it means to be a Scout: brave, respectful, and always ready to serve.

As we say goodbye to this chapter, we carry forward the Scout promise and the connections we made across the Asia-Pacific region. This may be the end of the jamboree, but it is only the beginning of new dreams, new missions, and lifelong brotherhood and sisterhood.

Misa de Gallo — Day 2 & Day 3 (5:00 AM)✨🕯️
Asia Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree | Religious Area

At the same quiet and sacred hour of 5:00 AM, the Kampopogi Scouts gathered on Day 2 and Day 3 in the Religious Area for Misa de Gallo, welcoming the dawn with prayers, reflection, and unity during the Asia Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree. While the campsite was still calm and the day had yet to fully awaken, we offered our intentions together—thankful for another day of life, friendship, and safe participation in the jamboree.

These early mornings reminded us that scouting is not only about activities and adventure, but also about nurturing our faith and values. Despite coming from different countries and cultures, Scouts stood side by side, united in reverence and respect. The soft hymns, peaceful atmosphere, and cool morning air made the 5:00 AM Mass a meaningful start to each day.

For the Kampopogi Scouts, Misa de Gallo at the same time on Day 2 and Day 3 became a moment to pause from the busy schedule, strengthen our spiritual foundation, and ask for guidance as we continue our journey as young leaders and servants of the community.

As the Mass ended and the sun slowly rose, we left the Religious Area renewed and inspired ready to face the day’s activities with grateful hearts and stronger faith. These 5:00 AM gatherings will forever be remembered as moments of Reverent, peace, unity, and purpose in the midst of an unforgettable jamboree experience.

Day 5 at the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree and the journey just keeps getting more meaningful 🌏⚜️
Today was a powerful reminder of why we came here not just to represent Kampopogi Scouts, but to stand as young leaders of the Asia-Pacific region. From early morning activities to late-night reflections, every moment was filled with learning, laughter, and connections that cross borders, cultures, and languages.

As delegates, we challenged ourselves through activities that tested our leadership, teamwork, and resilience. We shared stories with fellow Scouts from different countries, exchanged traditions, badges, and smiles, and discovered that despite our differences, the Scout values unite us as one global family. Every handshake, group cheer, and shared meal strengthened friendships that will last far beyond this jamboree.

Day 5 also gave us time to reflect on our purpose as Scouts to serve, to lead, and to make a difference in our communities. Carrying the name of Kampopogi, we felt proud, responsible, and inspired to bring home everything we’ve learned: new skills, wider perspectives, and a deeper commitment to service.

Tired but fulfilled, this day reminded us that the jamboree is not just an event it’s an experience that shapes who we are and who we will become. Here’s to growth, unity, and unforgettable memories as we continue this incredible journey together.

Day 4 – 5:00 AM: The Kampopogi Scouts attended Mass. After the Mass, all the Venturer Scouts in our delegation went to the SDG Village, where they tried different games and activities prepared by participating countries such as Korea, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, and more. While the Venturer Scouts were doing their activities, the Scout Leaders continued their respective modules called Climate Actors Passport.

Day 3: Their third activity is called Resilient Builder, where they participate in pioneering, kayaking, and wind relaying. After the activity, at 10:20 a.m, they return to their camp to have lunch and take a short rest. Afterward, they proceed to their fourth activity. After a long and tiring day filled with activities, everyone heads back to the camp, eats their merienda, and calls it a day.

𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙑𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙀𝙎 𝙊𝙉‼️

Asia-Pacific Jamboree – Day 2

On Day 2 of the Asia-Pacific Jamboree, the Kampopogi delegates began their journey with a morning Mass (Misa de Gallo) held at the Religious Area. After the Mass, the Bataan Council gathered for a photo session with more than 700 delegates.📸

The first set of activities started shortly after. Once the Kampopogi delegates finished their initial activities, they returned to their council area to have lunch and take a short rest. After the break, all Bataan delegates headed to their second major activity, Challenge Valley. There, they experienced different stations that included swimming, crawling, sliding, hanging, hopping, and floating. Everyone enjoyed the exciting and challenging activities.⚜️

After a long day filled with fun and tiring experiences, the delegates went back to their council area to clean themselves and enjoy a satisfying meal, ending the day full and happy.❣️
