Regional assembly | metro manila | san juan city the maharlika nationalist brotherhood (mnb),

through its national council, proudly marks its active participation in the 13th national youth parliament – regional assembly (metro manila) held in san juan city. this milestone gathering underscored the brotherhood’s enduring commitment to principled leadership, youth empowerment, and responsible nation-building. at the heart of the assembly was the national council’s guidance to the youth committee, ensuring that mnb’s youth representatives stood with clarity of purpose and discipline in engaging national youth commission (nyc) programs.

the council’s direction reaffirmed that representation is not merely presence but a duty to uphold values, advance constructive dialogue, and translate policy discussions into meaningful community action. the youth committee, acting as the recognized youth arm of the brotherhood, carried forward mnb’s advocacies on education, civic responsibility, peace, and progress. through workshops, parliamentary sessions, and collaborative exchanges with fellow youth leaders across metro manila, mnb delegates demonstrated preparedness, unity, and a solutions-oriented mindset aligned with national youth development goals.

this engagement reflects the brotherhood’s structured approach to leadership formation: the national council provides strategic guidance; the youth committee executes with integrity and competence. together, they ensure that mnb’s participation in national platforms strengthens both youth voices and institutional credibility.

as the 13th national youth parliament concludes its metro manila assembly, the maharlika nationalist brotherhood renews its pledge to support the national youth commission’s initiatives and to continuously develop young leaders who serve with honor, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility to the filipino people.

Under the strategic guidance of the national council, our youth committee continues to:

- expand networks: building bridges with fellow youth leaders across the country.

- enhance capabilities: developing the skills necessary to lead with integrity and purpose.

The Maharlika Nationalist Brotherhood – National Council firmly stands against Communism and the violent insurgency of the New People’s Army (NPA).
Communist ideology has brought division, fear, and suffering to many Filipino communities especially in rural areas where innocent civilians, youth, and workers are exploited for armed conflict. This is not the path of genuine nationalism nor the future our country deserves.

Foundation of forming the Official Youth Arm

Bilang pag tugon at upang bigyan ng mas malawak na pag ganap sa tungkulin ng ating mga lingkod kabataan ng ating kapatiran ang Maharlika Youth Committee ay binigyan na ng opisyal na utos upang buuin ang magiging Youth Arm ng kapatiran.

Upang ito ay maisakatiparan mag karoon ng Isang malawak na pag sasaliksik, pag hingi ng mga rekomendasyon mula sa mga eksperto sa pag papalakad ng isang Youth Organization, ang bubuin na Youth Organization ang magiging katuwang ng kapatiran sa pag papalakas sa miyembro na kabataan ng ating kapatiran at sa pag tulong narin sa lipunan.

Mag uumpisa ang nasabing plano sa susunod na taon upang mabigyan na mas malayang pamamahala ang mga Kabataang miyembro ng kapatiran.

Ang Kautusan na ito at mula sa National Council na may patnubay ng Maharlika Youth Committee.
