BADIAN LOCAL COUNCIL
Minutes of the Monthly Meeting

I. Call to Order
The monthly meeting of the Badian Local Council was called to order at 1:00 PM at the residence of Brod. Baldo.
II. Opening Prayer
The meeting began with an opening prayer led by one of the members.
III. Agenda
Preparation for the National Anniversary Celebration
The council discussed the preparations for the National Anniversary Celebration to be held on August 8, 2026, at the Malhiao Covered Court.
The following matters were agreed upon:
The Badian Local Council will first proceed to Barili as the assembly area for the parade.
The official assembly time is 8:00 AM.
Members were reminded to arrive on time and participate actively in the parade and all scheduled activities.
Since the Badian Local Council is the host for this year's National Anniversary celebration, all members were encouraged to extend their full cooperation in ensuring the success of the event.
A final meeting was scheduled on August 6 2026, at Brod Baldo's residence @ 5pm to confirm the final list of attendees, finalize committee assignments, and discuss any remaining preparations before the program begins.
IV. Other Matters
No other matters were raised for discussion.
V. Adjournment
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
