The silent battles in your mind are evidence of a spiritual attack, not that you are broken. The enemy uses fear, shame, and confusion to wrap around your thinking and make his lies feel like your own.

Through Christ, you have authority to break every mental stronghold. Name the lies, replace them with God’s truth, and walk in the freedom of a mind surrendered to Him.
