To Promote a basic program of education Design to benefit the marginalized members of society in the province of Cavite, primarily by providing financial grants to aspiring and deserving students.

2.) To assist schools for the implementation of the program, initially to be conducted at Bacoor elementary school and Saint Michael's Institute in order to identify, evaluate and recognize competent an

d deserving students for acceptance to the program.

3.) To offer the teachers and the students of targeted schools the opportunity to participate actively and this educational program.

4.) To mobilized all possible resources, human and material, national and international, public and private, including the establishment of a fund to assist the beneficiaries and pursuit of their learning endeavors to carry out the goals and objectives of the foundation in this educational program, thus, laying a firm foundation of quality education for deserving students.
