Meanwhile, some officers and members of the Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. were also honored to attend the TOAST (Tribute to Outstanding, Admirable and Stellar Taxpayers) hosted by the Bacoor City Government on June 26, 2026, at Nomo: A Vista Lifestyle Center. The event recognized exemplary taxpayers whose commitment and compliance have greatly contributed to the city’s progress and development.

Day 2 Highlights

Day 2 was all about the plenary discussion, followed by a raffle draw. At night, everyone enjoyed a party to cap off the conference.

Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. proudly participated in the South Luzon Area Business Conference (SOLABC) held on June 25–26, 2026, at the Aquamarine Recreational Center in Lipa City, Batangas.

Day 1 Highlights

The conference began with delegates enjoying breakfast upon arrival at the venue. The opening program officially commenced with the arrival of Governor Vilma Santos-Recto, who led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting of the business exhibit, marking the formal opening of the conference.

This was followed by the introduction of the conference organizers and inspiring messages from distinguished government officials and business leaders, highlighting the importance of collaboration, innovation, and regional economic development.

In the afternoon, delegates proceeded on a field visit to the New Lipa City Hall, where they were warmly welcomed by Hon. Mayor John Erick Africa. Representatives from various chambers, including the Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc., had the opportunity to meet the mayor, exchange ideas, and participate in a commemorative photo opportunity.

The first day of SOLABC was filled with meaningful learning, networking, and collaboration, further strengthening partnerships among chambers of commerce, local government units, and stakeholders across South Luzon.

Business Sector Meeting of Apartelles and Hotels

The Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. convened a Business Sector Meeting for owners and representatives of apartelles and hotels with Strike B. Revilla and Lawrence San Jose.

The meeting was called primarily to relay important announcements and reminders from the City Government concerning business operations, regulatory compliance, permit requirements, and other matters affecting the hospitality sector. It also served as an opportunity for participants to receive updates and clarify concerns relevant to their businesses.

The Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry extends its appreciation to all attendees for their participation and continued cooperation in promoting responsible and compliant business operations within Bacoor City.

Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. attended the Halal Seminar held on June 10, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, a project of the LEDIPO of the City Government of Bacoor.

This meaningful seminar provided valuable insights on Halal awareness, certification, and business opportunities, helping local enterprises better understand and serve the growing Halal market.

📢 Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. Board Meeting Update

The Board of Directors of the Bacoor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. successfully held its board meeting yesterday at Wendy’s along Bacoor Boulevard.

During the meeting, the Board discussed and planned the Chamber’s upcoming programs, projects, and activities aimed at further strengthening support for the local business community. Various organizational matters and initiatives were also reviewed to ensure the continued growth and development of the Chamber.

Among the key topics discussed was the upcoming South Luzon Area Business Conference, which will be held on June 25–26, 2026 at the Aquamarine Recreational Center. The conference will bring together business leaders, chamber officers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders from across South Luzon to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and discuss opportunities for regional economic growth.

We look forward to the active participation of our members in the Chamber’s upcoming activities and events.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 : 𝗕𝗜𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗔𝗙𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟱

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has announced that it is extending the deadline for the submission of the 2025 Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and other mandatory attachments through the Electronic Audited Financial Statements (eAFS) facility until May 25, 2026.

The extension was finalized through Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 46-2026 to provide administrative relief to taxpayers who encountered eAFS system-related technical issues during the recently concluded 2025 Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) filing season.

Under this issuance, penalties arising solely from delayed attachment submissions during this period are waived.

The extension until May 25, 2026, strictly applies to the following taxpayers:

1. Those who were unable to successfully upload their 2025 AFS and attachments through the eAFS platform on or before May 15, 2026, due to system-related issues; and

2. Those who utilized the contingency email submission route on or before May 15, 2026, but have not yet received an official email acknowledgment receipt from their concerned BIR office.

Taxpayers who submitted their attachments through the prescribed contingency email procedure on or before May 15, 2026, and have already received an email acknowledgment from their concerned BIR office, are considered fully compliant.

They are not required to resubmit via the eAFS facility, though they may still choose to do so voluntarily.

The BIR clarified that this extension applies only to the submission of the AFS and related attachments through the eAFS facility. It does not extend the statutory deadline for the filing and payment of the Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) itself.
