On May 30 & 31, 2026, the CADA Volunteers gathered at ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ for our ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ข๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง.
Beginning promptly at ๐:๐๐ ๐๐, we opened with a prayer, followed by an exciting team-building session and icebreakers to energize the room before diving into departmental presentations. Each team mapped out clear initiatives and goals, ensuring we are fully aligned and ready to ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ง ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ this year.
With new goals on the horizon, we also officially organized our ๐ง๐๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ into their respective ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ. This strategic structuring sets up our teams for smoother collaboration and ensures everyone is exactly where they can best shine and serve.
As we look forward to this new chapter of growth, the room was filled with excitement as we officially welcomed our new ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐๐ซ, ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐, and our new ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ข, to the leadership team. We are incredibly thrilled to have them on board to guide and support our programs!
We also took a moment to honor our dedicated pillars and proudly recognized ๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ฒ as our ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ for his selfless service and unwavering dedication.
Our family keeps growing! We extended a warm welcome to our new volunteer, ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ข๐ค๐y, and celebrated the return of our volunteers, ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ and ๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐, who are back and ready to make an impact again.
The session wrapped up with moving closing remarks from our Executive Director, ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐, who highlighted the importance of intentional planning and shared responsibility.
To end the weekend meaningfully, we attended Mass together to ground our plans in gratitude. Special thanks to El Cielito Hotel Sta. Rosa for supporting CADA and hosting us.
The blueprint is set, and we are ready for a great year ahead!
