Growth, Commitment, and New Beginnings! โœจ

As we look back at the photos from our recent membership renewal and volunteer interviews, we are reminded of the passion that drives CADA. To our Grade 9 & 10 members who renewed their commitment and to the new volunteers who took the first step to join usโ€”thank you for choosing to serve.

While the application has passed, the real work is just beginning. We are so excited to see the impact you will all make this year! ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ’š

On May 30 & 31, 2026, the CADA Volunteers gathered at ๐„๐ฅ ๐‚๐ข๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐จ ๐‡๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ ๐’๐ญ๐š. ๐‘๐จ๐ฌ๐š for our ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐œ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

Beginning promptly at ๐Ÿ—:๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐€๐Œ, we opened with a prayer, followed by an exciting team-building session and icebreakers to energize the room before diving into departmental presentations. Each team mapped out clear initiatives and goals, ensuring we are fully aligned and ready to ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š๐ง ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ญ this year.

With new goals on the horizon, we also officially organized our ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ into their respective ๐๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ. This strategic structuring sets up our teams for smoother collaboration and ensures everyone is exactly where they can best shine and serve.

As we look forward to this new chapter of growth, the room was filled with excitement as we officially welcomed our new ๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ซ, ๐€๐ญ๐ž ๐‰๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š, and our new ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, ๐€๐ญ๐ž ๐€๐›๐ข, to the leadership team. We are incredibly thrilled to have them on board to guide and support our programs!

We also took a moment to honor our dedicated pillars and proudly recognized ๐Š๐ฎ๐ฒ๐š ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ฒ as our ๐•๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ for his selfless service and unwavering dedication.

Our family keeps growing! We extended a warm welcome to our new volunteer, ๐€๐ญ๐ž ๐Œ๐ข๐ค๐šy, and celebrated the return of our volunteers, ๐€๐ญ๐ž ๐–๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š and ๐Š๐ฎ๐ฒ๐š ๐๐‰, who are back and ready to make an impact again.

The session wrapped up with moving closing remarks from our Executive Director, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐†๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐๐š, who highlighted the importance of intentional planning and shared responsibility.

To end the weekend meaningfully, we attended Mass together to ground our plans in gratitude. Special thanks to El Cielito Hotel Sta. Rosa for supporting CADA and hosting us.

The blueprint is set, and we are ready for a great year ahead!
