Another milestone, another step closer to our children's future.

Today, ROS Foundation officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Salawag National High School, led by Principal Bombie A. Dalangin and SPTA President Cris Ramento - marking the next chapter of our Choose Life mission journey.

What began as a heartfelt mission has grown, from training dedicated volunteers, and now, taking the next step into the schools where it matters most.

To the students: you are the reason for this journey. To Principal Dalangin, SPTA President Ramento, the teachers, and the entire Salawag NHS family: thank you for opening your school. Together, we are building something greater than a program, we are building hope, one school at a time.

To every parent doing their best, you are seen, and you are enough.❤️

Last Friday, September 18, 2026, ROS Foundation successfully conducted a Parenting Seminar on Empowering Parents to Connect with their Children, attended by 144 parents from Progressive Senior High School - Praise God!

Through this seminar, we aimed to equip our parents with practical ways and deeper understanding on how to nurture stronger, more meaningful connections with their children - because a family that understands each other builds a generation rooted in love, communication, and trust.

Parenting is never easy, but every small effort to understand your child. Every conversation, every hug, every moment of patience, matters more than you know. You don't have to be a perfect parent, just a present one.

This initiative is part of ROS Foundation's continuing commitment to community development - investing not only in the youth, but also in the parents who guide them. We believe that empowering families today is the key to shaping a better, stronger generation tomorrow.

We are truly grateful to the DepEd Progressive Senior High School - Bacoor City for the opportunity and support in making this seminar possible, and to all the parents who took time out of their day to attend and grow with us. To those parents who attended, thank you for showing up for your children. That itself is an act of love.❤️

Yesterday, we had the privilege of conducting a Stress Management Workshop for the teachers of Progressive Senior High School - Bacoor, Cavite, as part of their School-Based In-Service Training (September 11, 2026).

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

This verse reminds us that even the strongest among us - our teachers, who pour out their time, patience, and love every single day - need moments of rest and renewal too. The workshop aimed to equip them with simple, practical ways to manage stress, rooted in this truth. After all, their work goes far beyond teaching lessons; they shape the lives and futures of every student who walks through their doors.

At ROS Foundation, our mission is grounded in faith and service - to give back to the community and invest in the next generation, starting with the people who guide them the most: our teachers.

Thank you to Progressive Senior High School for trusting us to be part of your in-service training. Let's continue to uplift and support our teachers, because when they are strong, our future generations grow stronger too.

Meet CHOOSE LIFE — a new School-Based Values, Leadership, and Life Skills Initiative by ROS Foundation, created to help students face today's challenges (peer pressure, mental health struggles, identity, and more) with hope, purpose, and positive values. 🌱

And last night, we took a huge step forward.

Last night wasn't just a training — it was a commissioning of new heroes for our youth! ❤️

We are humbled and grateful to announce our FIRST EVER batch of Choose Life Volunteers — individuals who answered God's call, gave their time, and surrendered their hearts to become facilitators, guides, and light for students across different schools!

They will be the voice that's heard, the hand that reaches out, and the heart that reflects God's love to every child who needs guidance. 🙌

✅ They are equipped.
✅ The program is ready.
👍 Next stop — the classrooms!

Because we believe: "A storm doesn't begin with destruction — it begins with warning signs." And now, we have more guardians standing watch for our young people.
