LOOK | DepEd Bacoor Conducts Orientation on the Membership and Organization of Red Cross Youth Council

CITY OF BACOOR, August 4, 2026 – The City Schools Division of Bacoor, in collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross – Cavite Chapter, successfully conducted the Orientation on the Membership and Organization of the Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) on August 4, 2026, at the Division Conference Room, City of Bacoor.

The orientation gathered designated Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) Advisers from public schools across the division to strengthen their understanding of RCYC membership, organizational structure, and the accreditation process for establishing and sustaining active school-based Red Cross Youth Councils.

The learning sessions were facilitated by Jovcel Kasaysayan (CSR-RCY), Smhiley Manalo (Focal Person), John Carlo Mendoza (CSR-FG), and Marie Imperial (CSR-RCY/FG), who shared essential information and guidance to support the effective implementation of Red Cross Youth programs in schools.

The activity was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the City Schools Division of Bacoor and the Philippine Red Cross – Cavite Chapter, under the coordination of Mr. Richard C. Gaytos, Project Development Officer I – Youth Formation and Development. The initiative reinforces the Division's commitment to empowering learners through volunteerism, humanitarian service, and leadership development in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross.

DFSSLG & DFSELG 1st Quarter Meeting | July 18, 2026

The DFSSLG and DFSELG successfully conducted their 1st Quarter Meeting on July 18, 2026, via Microsoft Teams, together with our dedicated teachers under the leadership of Mr. Richard Gaytos and DFSSLG President, Mr. Ken Ilang-Ilang.

The meeting focused on the preparation of the General Plan of Action (GPOA) and the planning for the upcoming Flag Raising Ceremony on August 10, 2026. This gathering served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, discuss future initiatives, and ensure that all planned activities will be carried out effectively.

Together, we continue to lead with purpose, unity, and commitment in serving our school community.

TINGNAN | DFSSLG Dumalo sa 2nd Quarterly Meeting ng Bacoor LYDO

BACOOR CITY — Nakiisa ang mga opisyal ng Division Federation of Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) ng Schools Division Office of Bacoor City sa ginanap na 2nd Quarterly Meeting ng Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) ng Lungsod ng Bacoor ngayong araw, ika-4 ng Hulyo, bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pakikipagtulungan ng sektor ng edukasyon sa mga programa at inisyatiba para sa pagpapaunlad ng kabataan.

Pinangunahan ni Ken Nathaniel A. Ilang-Ilang, DFSSLG President, ang delegasyon ng SDO Bacoor na aktibong nakilahok sa mga talakayan hinggil sa pagpapalakas ng youth participation, pagpapaigting ng mga programang pangkabataan, at pagpapalawak ng mga oportunidad para sa makabuluhang pakikilahok ng mga kabataang Bacooreño sa mga gawaing pangkomunidad.

Naging mahalagang pagkakataon ang pagpupulong upang higit na mapagtibay ang ugnayan ng Department of Education at ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Bacoor sa pamamagitan ng Local Youth Development Office. Tinalakay rin ang mga programa at proyektong naglalayong hubugin ang mga kabataan bilang aktibo, responsableng, at makabagong mga lider ng komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikilahok ng mga opisyal ng DFSSLG, muling naipamalas ang kanilang dedikasyon sa pagsusulong ng makabuluhang representasyon ng mga mag-aaral at sa pagtataguyod ng mga adhikain para sa kapakanan at pag-unlad ng kabataang Bacooreño.
