BDRRMO TRAINING HALL, 5TH FLOOR, LEGISLATIVE AND DISASTER RESILIENCE BUILDING, October 7, 2026 — The City Development Council (CDC) Full Council Meeting was held today at this venue. Organized by the City Government of Bacoor through the City Planning and Development Office (CPDC) headed by Engr. Joselito A. Rozul, the gathering was presided over by City Mayor Strike B. Revilla, together with Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola and the Sangguniang Panglungsod, barangay officials, NGO representatives, and department heads.
The meeting affirmed Bacoor’s forward‑looking governance, with all presented plans reviewed and approved to guide the city’s progress in 2027 and beyond. Five key agenda items were presented: the Infrastructure Projects Report by Engr. Robert M. San Jose; the LDRRMF Report by Mr. Richard T. Quion; the Gender and Development Report by Ms. Emiliana Ugalde; the Peace and Order & Public Safety Plan 2026–2028 by Mr. Lawrence D. San Jose; and the Annual Investment Program FY 2027 by Engr.
