POWER LINES THEFT IN DAANG HARI

Bandang alas-singko ng madaling araw kanina (Lunes), nasakote po ng Cerritos Heights security team ang dalawang lalaki na nasa akto umano ng pagnanakaw ng linya ng kuryente.

Ang target nila ay ang mga linya ng kuryente sa bandang tulay patungo sa Terraces. They were caught while pulling our lines that power our streetlights and CCTVs.

Dahil sa mabilis na pagresponde, agad naming nahuli ang isa sa dalawang suspek, ngunit nagawang tumakas ng isa sa kanila.
As part of security protocol, our team sought the assistance of the barangay and the PNP. One suspect is currently detained, at inaasahan po natin na mahuhuli rin ang isa pang suspek.

We’d like to thank Jericko team for the quick response and the leadership of our peace and order head, Leomar Siguban, for his constant guidance to our security force.

Maghahain po tayo ng kaukulang reklamo para sa damage to property upang magsilbing aral at babala. Rest assured that our security team will continue to be vigilant against all forms of criminality.

We are also appealing to the Bacoor PNP and the City Government of Bacoor, through Mayor Strike B. Revilla, to help secure Daang Hari and nearby areas, which continue to be targets of power and internet line pilferage.

COMMUNITY FOGGING

The HOA will again conduct fogging activities from March 17 to 20.

We're doing this as a precaution as we monitored an increasing number of Dengue cases in Molino 4. This should help ensure a safer environment, especially as more kids will be staying home for the summer break. Fogging also offers basic insect and pest control in our drainages.

MEETING UPDATE | Grassfire Incident in Molino 4

📅 Date: March 11, 2026

The City Administration conducted a meeting regarding the recent Grassfire Incident in Molino 4, focusing on the concerns raised in the letter from Kap. Jeffrey Pakingan Campaña . The discussion centered on coordination and preventive measures to address similar incidents in the future.

Key Action Points:

• Coordination with all affected developers and homeowners associations within Villar City to strengthen cooperation and response.

• The City Administration will draft and issue a formal letter to the Villar Group regarding concerns related to grassfire incidents. This follows the initial discussion already conducted with Engr. Aries of Villar Group.

• Engr. Aries (Villar Group) will oversee the management and maintenance of open space areas within Villar City, with regular progress reports to be submitted to Atty. Neri.

The City Administration remains committed to working closely with developers, homeowners associations, and community leaders to ensure the safety and protection of residents and properties.
