WATER INTERRUPTION ADVISORY 💧
Dear Residents of Cerritos Phase 2 and Hills/Expansion,

Please be advised that there will be a temporary water interruption on October 9, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN due to the repair of the main water pipeline of Lessandra Heights.
Residents are advised to store sufficient water in advance for their household needs during the scheduled interruption.
Water service is expected to resume after completion of the repair. However, restoration time may vary depending on the progress of the repair works. We also encourage other phases to store water as well just to make sure.

Playground at Phase 2 is Now Rehabilitated and Open!

Other playgrounds and common areas will also be rehabilitated and improved in the coming weeks, as we continue working toward making our community spaces safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable for everyone.

For the next two weeks, our team will be focusing on tree cutting and maintenance, as well as works on the courts. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as these improvements are carried out.
Step by step, we’re bringing our shared spaces back to life.

Dear Residents of Block 6, Lots 43–58 Terraces,
We would like to inform you that the reported concerns regarding low water pressure and complete water interruption in your area are now being addressed.
Our pump tender is currently working on the issue. Based on the latest update, the repair/adjustment is expected to take approximately 3 hours.

To all Homeowners and Residents (Cerritos Phase 1 and Terraces)

Please be advised that the water supply will be temporarily interrupted due to a water leak that requires immediate repair.

Repair works will be conducted, and the water supply is expected to resume at around 6:00 PM.
We encourage everyone to please fill your pails, containers, and other water storage vessels in advance to ensure you have enough water for your immediate needs while the repair is ongoing.

Dear Residents and Homeowners,

We are pleased to inform everyone that the City Engineering Office wil conduct drainage declogging in our community today!

Please take note of the following important details:

Priority Areas: City Engineering will strictly follow and prioritize the target areas already submitted on our initial list.

Limited Window: Their team will only be working in our area for a limited time.

Additional Requests: For homeowners wishing to request declogging for their specific spot, please submit your house/street details immediately so we can compile them. Priority will still be given to the initial pre-approved list, but additional spots may be accommodated if time permits.
