Save The Homeless December 2025 Projects Are Here! 🎄

This season of giving, we are excited to continue our mission of helping those who need it most. We have three meaningful projects lined up and we hope you can choose Save The Homeless as one of your channels of kindness and generosity this Christmas. ✨

1. Toys of Hope Drive – We are collecting stuffed toys, children’s book and other toys for the Typhoon Tino kids to bring comfort, joy and a sense of security during recovery.
2. Project EduKit (Annual Program) – Beneficiaries: Don Benito Lopez Elementary School in Hacienda Antolonga, Brgy. Tinongan, Isabela, where we will provide complete school kits to support the children’s education.
3. Christmas Street Feeding (Annual Program) – For the street people in the Bacolod area, sharing warm meals, water, hygiene kits, and clothes this holiday season.

Thank you so much to everyone who shared their help and blessings. Because of your generosity, we were able to complete two batches of our Typhoon Tino Relief Initiative. For Batch 2, we distributed food packs, bottled water, clothes and underwear to families in Brgy. Camburas and Brgy. Isidro, Pontevedra who were severely affected.

Typhoon Tino Relief Initiative Batch 2 🙏🏻

We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated during Batch 1 of our relief efforts for La Carlota and Canlaon City. Your generosity has made a huge difference but our mission doesn’t stop there. This time, we aim to extend more help to the affected families in Pontevedra, Binalbagan and Hinigaran.

We’ll be prioritizing hygiene essentials, pillows/blankets and clothes but all kinds of in-kind donations are welcome. 🤍 For monetary donations, please refer to the QR codes posted.

In just two days, we have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and donations we’ve received. Thank you to all the generous donors who contributed whether in-kind or monetary and to everyone who helped by sharing our posts. Your kindness made it possible for us to prepare food packs (rice, canned goods, etc.), bottled water, medicine and clothes.

We were able to deliver donations to three barangays in La Carlota City: Brgy. Ayungon, Brgy. RSB and Brgy. Yubo. Although we weren’t able to travel to Canlaon City due to the weather, the remaining donations will be turned over to our contact there for distribution. 🙏🏻

Our hearts go out to the victims of Typhoon Tino especially those in La Carlota, Pontevedra, Hinigaran, and Binalbagan. Many families are in urgent need of help as they recover from the damage and loss caused by the storm. We are now organizing a relief effort to bring aid and comfort to the affected communities.

We will first focus on providing donations to Brgy. RSB, La Carlota City, and if the funds and goods collected are sufficient, we will extend our relief efforts to other nearby cities.

Any type of donations whether in-kind or monetary would be a great help. Our thoughts and prayers go out to our fellowmen affected by the Typhoon Tino. 🙏🏻

Today is not a day of celebration, but a day of remembrance. 💔

Negros Day reminds us of the pain and struggles of every Negrense who has lost their home, livelihood, and loved ones to the storms that tested our strength.

Behind the name of our island lies countless stories of survival, faith, and resilience amidst devastation. 🌧️

A special thank you to the families of Jimenea, Bronil and Dela Gente for ensuring that Save The Homeless’ donations safely reached San Remigio, Medellin and Daanbantayan.
