๐ŸšจReady, set, rescue!โ— โ›‘๏ธ
While the crowd is watching the scoreboard, weโ€™re watching the sidelines. In the sweltering heat of Liceolympics 2026, the Senior Plus Red Cross Youth isnโ€™t just standing by, weโ€™re moving. โ—๏ธFrom the moment the first whistle blows until the final buzzer, our team is on high alert. We donโ€™t see the game in points or trophies, we see it in heart rates, hydration levels, and the physical toll of every sprint.

The roar of the fans is background noise to us. Weโ€™re tuned into the sound of a player hitting the turf, the sudden catch of a breath, or the subtle signs of heat exhaustion. When the intensity peaks and the stakes are at their highest, thatโ€™s when weโ€™re at our sharpest. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน

STAY ALERT โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿšจ

Negrosanons, as Mt. Kanlaon erupted let us remind ourselves of the following reminders what to do during a Volcanic Eruption. ๐Ÿ’ก๐ŸŒ‹

1๏ธโƒฃ Listen to a local station on a portable, battery-operated radio or television for updated emergency information and instructions.

2๏ธโƒฃ Follow evacuation orders issued by authorities, and put your emergency plan into action.

3๏ธโƒฃ If indoors, close all windows, doors, and dampers to keep volcanic ash from entering.

4๏ธโƒฃ Put all machineries inside a garage to protect these from volcanic ash. If buildings are not available, cover machineries with large tarps.

5๏ธโƒฃ Bring animals and livestock into closed shelters to protect them from breathing volcanic ash.

Remember, your safety is the top priority! ๐Ÿซต

On World AIDS Day we honor the lives affected and we remember those we have lost. This day reminds us of the strength of awareness as we continue to fight for understanding and acceptance. When we choose empathy over judgment, we help create a world where no one is forced into silence and no one feels alone in their journey. Today we stand together with every person living with HIV offering support, respect, and hope. May we continue working for a future where everyone has access to proper care, equal treatment, and the dignity they deserve. Let this day inspire us to speak with kindness, act with courage and build a world filled with healing unity and love.
