Base sa Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 3 and Weather Advisory #18 nga gin-issue alas 11:00 sang aga subong nga 24 Nobyembre 2025, ang Tropical Cyclone “Verbena” kag ang shear line posible magadala sang mabug-at tubtob sa mabaskog nga ulan sa pila ka lugar sa Sentral nga porsyon sang Pilipinas, upod ang Negros Island, sa masunod nga mga inadlaw. Ang Post-eruption lahar mahimo nga matabo kung may mabaskog nga pag-ulan kag maanod ang mga loose materials nga bilin sang pyroclastic density current (PDC) deposits gikan sa 24 Oktubre 2025 nga paglupok sang bulkan kag mga loose ashfall gikan dire kag sa mga nagligad nga pagbuga sang abo halin sa bulkan. TROPICAL DEPRESSION “VERBENA” HAS EMERGED OVER BUTUAN BAY.

• Location of Center (7:00 PM):
The center of Tropical Depression VERBENA was estimated
based on all available data over the coastal waters of
Jabonga, Agusan del Norte (9.4°N, 125.2°E)

• Intensity:
Maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center,
gustiness of up to 70 km/h, and central pressure of 1000 hPa

• Present Movement:
West northwestward at 25 km/h

• Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds:
Strong winds extend outwards up to 200 km from the center

TROPICAL CYCLONE WIND SIGNAL NO. 1 (TCWS) IS CURRENTLY
IN EFFECT OVER THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.

As of 8:00 AM today, 02 November 2025, Tropical Storm "TINO" {Int'l name "KALMAEGI"} is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 10j) is still being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is UNLIKELY to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
