Today, BLD Bacolod joins the whole Church in celebrating the 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, observed every 7th of October during this month dedicated to the Holy Rosary.

May this blessed day remind us to journey with Christ through joy and sorrow, light and glory, as we meditate upon the mysteries of His life through the eyes of His own Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Through the Holy Rosary, may Mary gently lead us ever deeper into the life of her Son, teaching us to contemplate, accompany, and follow Jesus more faithfully in every season of our own lives.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us. 🙏🏻💙

The whole community of 𝗕𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝘆𝗼𝘀 – 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 warmly welcomed the 15 graduates of 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (SPE) #𝟮𝟴 during our Corporate Praise and Worship on September 29, 2026. 💛✨

The SPE #28 was held last September 26–27, 2026 at Scala Redemptorist Retreat House.

We give praise and thanksgiving to our Lord for this beautiful harvest of souls and for the grace He has poured out upon each one of them. 🙏

Their journey may come with unique joys, challenges, sacrifices, and responsibilities, but through this encounter, they may be reminded that they do not have to walk alone. They now have a community that welcomes them, prays with them, walks with them, and rejoices with them as one family in Christ. 🤍

We continue to pray that the seeds planted in their hearts may continue to grow and bear fruit not only in their own lives, but also in the lives of their children and the families entrusted to their care.

May the Lord strengthen them in their vocation as parents, renew their hearts when they are weary, and remind them that His grace is always sufficient for every season. 🌱🙏

As they begin this new chapter in their walk with the Lord, may they always remember:

At times, we become like Martha, so busy and 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, and we forget to be like Mary, who teaches us to be present for God. Her [Mary] choice reminds us to create space for prayer, silence, reflection, and listening, even in the middle of our busy lives.

In today’s gospel, we can reflect that this is God’s calling to remind us to 𝐏𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄, 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. Let us come as one community in praying with one mind, one heart, and one spirit. Join us tonight as we gather in our Community Mass for the 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞.

Saturday, October 3, 2026, the Bukas Loob sa Diyos (BLD) Bacolod District gathered as one family in Christ at St. Scholastica’s Academy, Bacolod City, for 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐁 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. It was a Spirit-filled encounter that truly rekindled our hearts and renewed our commitment to God's call. With the theme: “𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝, 𝐇𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝; 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝, 𝐇𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝; 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝, 𝐇𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.” (𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟖:𝟑𝟎)

We were truly blessed by the presence of 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐉𝐫., 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐋𝐃 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐨 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭, whose pastoral guidance inspired all who attended. Through the 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, the Lord revealed His direction for our community:

1. Deepen Covenant Life
2. Be a Prophetic Voice
3. Expand Our Apostolate Reach
4. Evangelization in the Digital Age
5. Invest in the Young Generation

This conference was a powerful call for each of us to deepen our understanding of these imperatives, renew our personal commitment to the Lord, embrace our role in evangelization and mission, strengthen servant leadership rooted in compassion and spiritual fervor, and courageously implement initiatives aligned with God's vision for the community.

As the conference culminated with the powerful message on "𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧," we were reminded that the future of the Church and the Community rests in forming disciples who will carry the fire of faith forward.

Let us continue to guide, empower, and journey with our youth so they, too, may become witnesses of God's love in the world.

May the flame ignited during 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐁 continue to burn brightly in our hearts not only within the walls of the conference, but also in how we live, serve, evangelize, and respond to God’s call each day.

“𝐒𝐨𝐧, 𝐠𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲.” — 𝑀𝑎𝑡𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑤 21:28

Our 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, spirit-filledly led by our worship leaders, 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐬𝐨𝐧, invited us to examine our personal conversion and reflect on where we may have fallen short in our 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝.

At the heart of the reflection was 𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄, trusting in the God who knows what is best for us and continually invites us to participate in His work of salvation.

In 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟐𝟏:𝟐𝟖–𝟑𝟐, a father asks both his sons to work in the vineyard. Although their initial responses differ, their actions reveal their true disposition. One says yes but does not go, while the other initially refuses but eventually changes his mind and goes. The parable reminds us that what matters is not merely what we profess, but 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝.

It is a powerful reminder that God can work wonders through a heart open to conversion. Our words may express our convictions, but it is through our actions and witness that we demonstrate what we truly believe.

The first reading from 𝐄𝐳𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝟏𝟖:𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟖 challenges us to examine our own sense of justice:

“𝑰𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒖𝒏𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓, 𝒐𝒓 𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒖𝒏𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓?”

God’s ways are just, even when they challenge our own understanding. His discipline calls us to turn away from sin and choose what is right. Our response to His love, therefore, must be one of sincere repentance and willing obedience, rather than complaint or bargaining.

The Psalm helps us recognize the disposition needed to follow Him:

“𝑯𝒆 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒂𝒚.”

𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. For how can we recognize our need for conversion without a repentant heart? And how can we faithfully follow God without a spirit that is willing to surrender and be taught?

St. Paul further exhorts us to embrace the humility of Christ:

“𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔, 𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒔, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔.” — 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 2:3–4

If we truly believe that Jesus is Lord, our conviction must bear fruit in a life transformed by His grace. The WORD became flesh and dwelt among us; likewise, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞. We are called to deny ourselves, take up our crosses, and follow Him, not merely in words, but through a life of humble obedience.

Obedience rooted only in external obligation can become an empty practice. But obedience freely offered out of love becomes a 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, one that opens our hearts to grace and allows God to purify and sanctify us. ✨

“𝘔𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦”, 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥; 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘦.” — 𝘑𝘰𝘩𝘯 10:27

𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐬. Last Sunday’s readings remind us that He continually invites us into His vineyard, asking that our 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭. And even when we have said no, we can always ask for the grace to turn our hearts back to God and offer Him our 𝐅𝐈𝐀𝐓.

He assures us of His infinite mercy and never ceases to call us toward salvation. Whether our first response is yes or no, He continues to invite us to conversion, patiently working in our lives and giving us the grace to embrace His will.

"𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒈𝒐 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒚 𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒂𝒓𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕." — 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒘 20:4

Our 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, spirit-filledly led by our worship leaders, 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫, invited us to take a deeper look into the heart of our Father.

At the heart of the reflection was 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄, for a God who continually provides, sustains, and blesses us according to His goodness and wisdom.

In 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟐𝟎:𝟏–𝟏𝟔𝐚, the landowner repeatedly goes out to invite laborers into his vineyard. From the early morning, to noon, and even in the final hours of the day, 𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Our Father in Heaven is intentional in continually inviting us into His vineyard, not merely to work, but to 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.

The first reading from 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝟓𝟓:𝟔–𝟗 reminds us:

"𝐹𝑜𝑟 𝑚𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠, 𝑛𝑜𝑟 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑚𝑦 𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠, 𝑠𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑜𝑟𝑑. 𝐴𝑠 ℎ𝑖𝑔ℎ 𝑎𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡ℎ, 𝑠𝑜 ℎ𝑖𝑔ℎ 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑚𝑦 𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠."

Our pride can sometimes convince us that we know better. We are human, flawed, limited, prone to bias, and easily influenced by our own desires. Yet the grace of the Holy Spirit enables us to surrender our limited perspective and gradually come to know the heart of God, whose goodness and mercy abound beyond our understanding.

The Psalm reveals another beautiful truth:

"𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑜𝑟𝑑 𝑖𝑠 𝑛𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑡𝑜 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑢𝑝𝑜𝑛 𝐻𝑖𝑚, 𝑡𝑜 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑢𝑝𝑜𝑛 𝐻𝑖𝑚 𝑖𝑛 𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑡ℎ."

God knows us more deeply than we could ever know ourselves. He sees the circumstances of each person and meets us with perfect intentionality. Even those who had waited all day without being chosen were not overlooked. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦, 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝.

St. Paul then anchors our disposition:

"𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭." — 𝑃ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑝𝑖𝑎𝑛𝑠 1:27

The vineyard points us toward the 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, and the promised wage points beyond earthly compensation toward the gift of 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, a grace that cannot be measured according to human standards or reduced to a calculation of merit.

The workers who came earlier and those who came later received what the landowner had promised. The issue was never the landowner's injustice, but the workers' inability to rejoice in his generosity toward others.

And perhaps this is where the Gospel meets our own hearts.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭.

When we constantly look at ourselves, we can begin to measure our blessings according to entitlement.

When we constantly look at others, we can begin to measure their blessings according to comparison.

But when we 𝐟𝐢𝐱 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫, something changes.

Our hearts become softer.
Our envy gives way to gratitude.
Our entitlement gives way to humility.
And our comparison gives way to joy.

The Gospel reminds us that 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭. His generosity toward another does not diminish what He has given us. Our response is to become grateful recipients and faithful stewards of whatever He entrusts to us.

So let us ask the Holy Spirit for the grace to continually turn our eyes away from comparison and fix them on the Lord.

May we rejoice not merely in the "wages" we receive, but in the far greater privilege of being 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐧, 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦.

For in the end, the greatest gift is not simply what we receive from the Master, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐢𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝. ✨

𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲. Last Sunday’s readings invite us to look beyond our own standards and rediscover the boundless goodness of God’s heart.

He desires the salvation of all. Whether it is the 𝗱𝗮𝘄𝗻, 𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻, or 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 of our lives, He continues to pursue us, calling us closer and pouring out His grace.

As one community, we are reminded that 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗱. Instead, we are invited to receive with gratitude every blessing and every cross He has entrusted to us—and to faithfully steward each one with love. ❤️‍🔥

By God’s grace and divine assistance, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝟮𝟱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 (𝗟𝗦𝗦) #𝟮 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻, 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘀 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵-𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. 💖

Our community, led by our Cluster Shepherds (CS) Tito Nanding and Tita Excel Pabalinas, together with our beloved District Council Stewards (DCS), remains true to our mission: 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝.

This recent LSS was a wonderful, Spirit-led experience. We witnessed the goodness and love of our God, especially as our brothers and sisters experienced the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

The participants, coming from various backgrounds, came together in their desire for a deeper and personal relationship with God. For two days, each session was filled with inspiring teachings, heartfelt worship, and encounters with the Lord.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Tito Roni and Tita Chen Lizada, DCS for Pastoral, for sharing their talent, time, and knowledge and for inspiring our brothers and sisters in Hinigaran.

To Tito Ernie and Tita Maliz de Asis, DCS for Mission, thank you for the smooth preparation and coordination, and for saying YES to serve as LSS #2 Hinigaran Couple Coordinators.

And to the LSS #1 Working Team from Hinigaran and the BLD Bacolod Working Team, Sharers, and Shepherds, thank you for your faithful service, love, and support.

We are also grateful to Rev. Fr. Alfredo Gamarcha, Parish Priest of St. Mary Magdalene Parish, Hinigaran, for officiating the Holy Mass during the Renewal of Baptism in the Holy Spirit.

The seminar culminated with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, officiated by Rev. Fr. John Rixi M. Padparan on Sunday, September 20.
