! 🙏 We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Bacolod Pastors’ Prayer Fellowship for allowing us, the Christian Foundation for Persons with Disabilities Inc., to share our vision and heart for disability ministry. It was truly an honor to stand before leaders who are deeply committed to God’s work in our communities. Thank you for welcoming us and for your openness to partner in building more inclusive churches. Your support reminds us that the local church plays a vital role in reaching, embracing, and empowering persons with disabilities—not just as individuals, but as part of families and the wider community. We firmly believe that through strong local church partnerships, we can create spaces where every person is valued, every family is supported, and every community reflects Christ’s love in action. Together, let us continue enabling, equipping, and encouraging one another as we serve with compassion and purpose. Madamo gd nga salamat. See you in our Equipping opportunity.!.! 💙 , ., .

Born Blind: She’s Never Seen the World… So How Does She Describe It?

Most of us wake up every day and see the world without thinking about it.

The sky.
The faces of people we love.
The colors.
The light.

But what if you were born blind?

Not lost your sight.
Not slowly fading vision.
Born blind.

In this episode, I sat down with a woman who has never seen the world.. yet she leads an organization, hosts a radio show, speaks confidently in public, and lives with clarity most of us are still searching for.

And somewhere in this conversation…
I realized maybe the real blindness isn’t physical.

Stay until the end: because what she says about faith, confidence, and how she “sees” people might change how you see your own life.

Thank you for reminding Accessible Hope International : There are really only two paradigms in the Christian life that drive all of our thoughts, our attitudes, and our behaviors – fear and love. These are the two operating systems that drive our brains, our hearts, and our actions. To operate under fear – fear for personal safety, fear of scarcity, fear of what we do not understand, fear of what is different from us – will result in harmful actions; harmful to our own souls, and harmful to others. This is what we fight daily with regard to people with disabilities: the fears and misunderstandings around disability that cause people to act in ways that are harmful to those living with a disability.

Fear tears down. Love builds up.

God asks us to resist the operating system of fear and instead install the operating system of love. When we are rooted and established in love – the abundant, generous, gracious love of Christ for ME – we will begin to act differently toward those around us. We will respond from the overflow of the love of Christ toward us, allowing that abundant and gracious love to spill out onto others. Perfect love casts out fear (I Jn 4:18).
