1. Interview – An initial screening to get to know the applicant.
2. Introduction – Formal introduction to the club and its members.
3. Indoctrination – Learning the history, mission, vision, and core values of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
4. Incubation – A period of active participation, observation, and involvement in club activities.
5. Induction – The official ceremony welcoming qualified applicants as full-fledged members.

The Bacolod Elite Buglas Eagles Club is committed to charitable works, community service, and helping the poor and those in need. Membership is not just about wearing the badge—it is about living the values of service, brotherhood, and compassion.
