As part of the 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧-𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗚, the Learners Convergence (LCS) x SUM-AG Dayon Leadership Training brings learners together for a day dedicated to connection, collaboration, and leadership.

Through interactive discussions, team-building activities, leadership challenges, and meaningful conversations, participants will be given the opportunity to discover their strengths, build confidence, strengthen teamwork, and understand leadership as a commitment to purpose, responsibility, and service.

More than a leadership camp, this is a gathering of young SUMAGanons ready to 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧. 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗.

With exciting ideas, youthful energy, and a shared vision, the council worked together to help bring this upcoming celebration to life.
