A productive meeting was held on April 11, 2025, at the Bacolod City Government Center, led by Chief Tourism Operations Officer Ma. Teresa Manalili, together with the Tourism Officers of Bacolod City. The session brought together Presidents and Vice Presidents from various tour operator organizations to discuss key issues and opportunities in the tourism sector.

In attendance were the presidents of the following groups:

* Michael Angelo Cubos, President of NAITAS
* Carlo Sto. Tomas, President of NITATOA
* Nathan Rio, President of NITAS
* Greg Flores, President of ALTTA

The meeting focused on updates from the Bacolod City Tourism Office, fostering professionalism and respect among tour operators, promoting fair visibility in M.I.C.E. events, and ensuring compliance with DOT accreditation regulations-all in support of strengthening and enhancing tourism in Bacolod City.
