The Team Building Activity of the Circle K International of Bacolod City College, in partnership with the ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, was successfully conducted as a meaningful gathering focused on strengthening leadership, unity, and service among its members. The event was held on November 30, 2025, at Forest Park, Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City
The day began with the ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ and an opening message from President Larry Jane Poda. Clear direction was established through the presentation of the ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ led by Dave T. Buyco, External Vice President, paving the way for a day of collaboration and shared growth
Participants engaged in activities designed to foster connection and teamwork, including Getting to Know Each Other and Creative Cheering. The program continued with the Introduction of the Guest Speaker by Christine Joy A. Mabayag, President-Elect, which led into an insightful ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ ๐ง๐ฎ๐น๐ธ delivered by ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐๐น๐ถ ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ. ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ป๐ด, Past Lieutenant Governor of Division 2A. In his talk, he emphasized the importance of ๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ as a Kiwanian and highlighted that ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ of the Kiwanis community ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
Following this, CKI members engaged in fun team-building activities that strengthened teamwork, built stronger relationships, and fostered unity among the members
The afternoon featured a meaningful talk by ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ฃ. ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป, Guest Speaker, which became one of the most impactful moments of the program. In his message, Mr. Abayon shared how his journey with the organization shaped his character and strengthened his leadership, inspiring him to carry CKIโs mission through the different seasons of his life. Drawing from his experiences with poverty and financial struggles, he reminded the participants that ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. He emphasized that โ๐ป๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐

๐๐๐๐๐, highlighting that it takes two, three, or more individuals working together toward a common purpose. CKI, she affirmed, is not about clout or position, but about the true meaning of service
The program concluded with the Closing Remarks delivered by ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ถ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป, Person-in-Charge, followed by a Recreational Activity that celebrated camaraderie and shared purpose. Guiding the entire program with grace were the Masters of Ceremony, Zyra A. Magbanua and Orlando Lumogdang.
