𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐒𝐁𝐀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐒𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🌐 ✨

𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒚— the largest comprehensive real estate solutions portal in the Philippines conducted a 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌 at CSA-B AVR last October 7, 2026 to 3rd and 4th year BS in Business Administration and BS Accountancy students.

The first speaker, Mr. Ryan Loriega shared the company overview of Filipino Homes, it's mission, vision and affiliations to the top real estate developers in the country. He also introduced their team of real estate agents, the 2,000-member Astra group, presenting their perks and incentives as part of Filipino Homes. He showcased career opportunities to BSBA and BSA students if they consider pursuing a path in real estate.

His presentation was followed by an inspirational talk from Raphaello Treveux, a fellow Real Estate Agent sharing his journey of ups and downs in different career paths before discovering real estate as a profession. He shared a video of his travels around Asia and Europe as part of his perks in real estate.

The last presenter was a representative of Wee Community Developers sharing their upcoming project, Kalea Estates, a tropical-inspired residential subdivision in Brgy. Handumanan. She presented the different housing styles and sales opportunities the students could get for securing referrals to jumpstart their real estate careers.

The talk ended with an open forum allowing students to ask further questions on how to join their team and starting requirements to the interested few. The Business Education and Accountancy Program is grateful for this opportunity being given first-hand to our very own Augustinians.🤝

Last September 28, 2026, the students of the CSA-B Marketing Executives joined the Philippine Junior Marketing Association's (PJMA) Online Roadshow in preparation for 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, to be held on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 .

Hosted by 𝘔𝘴. 𝘑𝘰𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦 𝘓𝘢𝘶𝘴, 𝘗𝘑𝘔𝘈 𝘙𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘴, the online meet was filled with enthusiasm as the regional directors discussed the event's itinerary. The students were oriented of the target speakers, sponsors, performers and partners of the PJMA for the upcoming event.

Our Marexians did not fail to show their excitement by flooding the meet with reactions and joining for the video greeting at the end of the roadshow. Juan Big Idea 2026 is set to be PJMA's biggest annual event for marketing organisations across the Philippines. 👥

The students of the BSBA-Marketing Management Program attended an informative session tackling the use of AI for Business Model Innovation and how marketing students can remain resilient in the AI-era and keeping human touch.🫂

The program was opened by a special message from Rev. Fr. Manuel Vergara OSA, followed by an introductory speech from Sir Louie Pagdato, MBA, CMMS. Thames International President, Mr. Jaime Noel Santos served as the guest speaker, sharing years of expertise and knowledge on the role of marketing professions in the ever evolving technological era. 🌍

The students remained engaged all throughout the talk and were able to take important insights and share their own feedback at the end of the session.

Activities like this are essential in building globally competent Marketistas—students who are adaptable, future-ready, and grounded in the human touch. By exposing learners to AI and its role in business model innovation, the program bridges theory and practice, empowering future marketers to thrive in an AI-driven world without losing the empathy and connection that define effective marketing.

BEYOND THE CLASSROOM: A TASTE OF REAL-WORLD LEARNING!

BSBA 2A had an enriching and memorable experience during our Bongbongs Tour in Alijis, together with BSHM 2A. More than just a tour, it was a firsthand learning experience where we witnessed actual food production—from preparation and processing to the transformation of raw materials into products enjoyed by consumers. The experience allowed us to appreciate how business concepts, resources, people, and production processes come together in a real-world setting. The tour was facilitated by Pearl Joy Ortiz, MBA, our Basic Microeconomics instructor, who guided us in connecting the actual production experience with the economic concepts discussed in class.

We are also grateful to Marcy Grace Gonzales, MITHM, Tourism Management Program Head, for accompanying and supporting us throughout the educational tour. For BSBA 2A, this experience was more than simply stepping outside the classroom—it was an opportunity to learn through observation, experience, and actual industry exposure. Together with BSHM 2A, we gained valuable insights, shared memorable moments, and brought home lessons that will surely contribute to our journey as future business professionals. 📚✨
