MEVA Philippines, Inc. Product Presentation

UAP Negrense Chapter and its chapter officers were extremely honored to have MEVA last August 4, 2026.

MEVA, being in the industry for almost 56 years, provides engineering support and formwork planning for construction projects.
They also offer on-site technical assistance and instruction for contractors, and a lot more other construction safety services.

Their core products include the following:

🟠UAP Negrense Chapter’s Hinampang 2026🟠

It was another successful chapter event last August 21, 2026 showcasing the UAP-SA, UAP-GA, and the Architect’s synergy and diversion!

Hinampang is one of UAP Negrense’s annual tradition and initiative to promote work-leisure balance among its members, so that a bit of stress and pressure from work can be reduced even just for a day.✨

Games like basketball, pickleball, and chess were surely enjoyed by the players as they went all in with the various challenges.

This event surely proves that staying active and having camaraderie is always a good choice to combat pressure caused by work, OJT, and studies.

Many thanks to all our chapter members, SA’s and GA’s who participated and shared their time.

🏛️ UAP Negrense Chapter | National Service

Last July 22, 2026, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Negrense Chapter conducted a site visit and consultation for its national service initiative, the Proposed Renovation of the HPG Office located in Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City.

Our UAP Negrense architects met with the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) officials to discuss the proposed renovation, assess the existing site conditions, and identify the necessary improvements to enhance the functionality and overall environment of the facility.

This meaningful initiative is made possible through the generous support and collaboration of Davies Paints, whose partnership helps bring this service project closer to realization.

As architects, we believe that our profession goes beyond designing spaces, it is also about serving the community, creating meaningful change, and using our skills to build better environments for everyone.

🎁 A LITTLE GIVING, A LOT OF SMILES ❤️

On July 24, 2026, the UAP Negrense Chapter shared an afternoon of joy and kindness through a gift-giving community service activity at the Holy Infant Nursery Foundation Inc. in San Sebastian Village, Brgy. Sum-Ag, Bacolod City.

More than the gifts we brought, we were grateful for the opportunity to spend time with the children, share laughter, exchange stories, and create meaningful memories together. Their smiles reminded us that sometimes, the simplest gestures can make the biggest difference.

As architects, we also took the opportunity to share our passion for design by introducing the children to the basics of architecture, creativity, and the importance of creating safe and meaningful spaces. Through simple conversations, drawings, and activities, we hoped to inspire their imagination and show them that their ideas and dreams can help shape a better community.

This activity reflects our commitment to service beyond architecture. Using our time, talents, and resources to connect with and uplift the communities we serve.

Because at the heart of every meaningful service is the desire to make someone’s day a little brighter✨

On July 18, 2026, the UAP Negrense Chapter conducted a Board Meeting and Team Building Activity at Reddy's Mountain Resort in Don Salvador Benedicto🌲

The gathering focused on discussing and scheduling the chapter's upcoming events, programs, and activities for the fiscal year, while aligning plans and responsibilities among the officers. This forms part of our continuing efforts to strengthen chapter operations and deliver meaningful programs and activities that will benefit all chapter members.

The activity also provided an opportunity for the officers to strengthen communication, coordination, and teamwork, fostering better collaboration as we prepare for the chapter's upcoming initiatives.

As we move forward, we remain committed to working together in service of the architectural profession and the UAP Negrense Chapter, guided by our shared vision of building a stronger, more active, and member-focused organization.

The UAP Negrense Chapter successfully held its Strategic Planning & New Chapter Officers Orientation on July 9, 2026, at Scarborough Seafoods Restaurant, Marketplace, NGC, Bacolod City.

This meaningful gathering brought together our newly elected chapter officers to strengthen leadership, align our shared vision, and lay the foundation for an exciting and productive Fiscal Year 2026–2027.

The orientation covered several essential topics, including:
