We are looking for Accounting Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for lending operations.
*Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
*Develop and manage the lending department's budget
*Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
*Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
*Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Monitor and manage cash flow to support lending activities.
*Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and strategy.
*Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
*Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
*Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership roles within the lending or financial industry.
*Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll software.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
