Typhoon Tino carried a heavy weight in the lives of many in Negros Occidental. One particular community was the Municipality of La Castellana. The sheer force of Typhoon Tino left behind broken families, ruined homes and livestocks loss which brought an aftermath with deafening silence.

But as what they said, Tino’s fury may have broken many but it can never break the spirit of a community united in hope.

RACBN in partnership with RCI Community and Research Dept conducted a joint relief donation activity to the hardest-hit corners of La Castellana. Thru the activity we were able to help the following:
165 Families of Taborda and 51 Families in Brgy. Sag-ang. The relief donation does not only centered on bringing necessities but it brought a message of bayanihan.

This effort, fueled by every single donor and every tireless volunteer, confirms that our community's strength lies in our ability to hold each other up.

RACBN would like to thank our friends and sponsors for helping out. Your donations weren’t just material necessities but a budding hope bounded in love in action that will help even in little ways La Castellana to rise.

As partners with ARC Bacolod, our club, Rotaract Club of Bacolod North supports their Concert for a Cause this December 7 at SM Cinema 1, in partnership with VMA.

All proceeds will go to the Victims of Typhoon Tino and our Lolos and Lolas at St. Vincent’s Home for the Aged — sharing warmth and hope this Christmas season. 💛

‼️‼️Negros Occidental also needs help‼️‼️

During the onslaught of Typhoon Tino, a total of 137,596 families all over the province was affected based on Negros Occidental PDRRMO reports. One of the communities greatly affected was the Municipality of La Castellana.

The aftermath of the storm left countless of families in La Castellana homeless and struggling. The Province of Negros Occidental along with the other NGOs already mobilized several donation drive for different communities. RACBN is one with the province in the hopes of providing help to these community.

Help us extend the healing hands of God in La Castellana.
We are accepting the following donations in goods (based on our initial assessment of the evacuees):

> Noodles
> Medicines
> Hygiene Kits
> Blankets and Pillows
> Potable Water
