We extend our heartfelt gratitude to YRED Bacolod -Youth Reedemed and Empowered to Make a Difference for the inter-campus joint Fellowship. 🤝
Thank you also to all the YRED City High officers and members for being part of this wonderful journey.

The shared message highlighted the importance of recognizing that there is a season for everything, and it is important to learn to wait in God's perfect timing. We will apply this wisdom in our lives as we continue to grow in faith and understanding. 🌱

Thank you, Lord, for another wonderful discussion today. You reminded us, through Job's life, that "every pain has a purpose."

Job's suffering led him to personal repentance, powerful restoration, intimate revival, and deep self-reflection. Life's hardships aren't meant to break us, but to build us, strengthening our faith and helping us examine our spiritual journey with the Lord. As Job 42:10 tells us, at the end of his life, the Lord blessed Job abundantly, restoring his fortunes and giving him twice as much as he had before.

We invite everyone to join us every Thursday:

- 3:15–4:30 PM for Batch 1
- 5:00–5:30 PM for Batch 2

Today's lesson focuses on how Elihu rebuked Job for his pride in justifying himself rather than God.

Job 32:2 "But Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, became very angry with Job for justifying himself rather than God."

Elihu's rebuke of Job, though harsh, highlights a crucial aspect of suffering: it often forces us to confront our own understanding of God and ourselves. While his approach may seem insensitive, his intention – to challenge Job's perspective and ultimately lead him to a deeper faith – offers a powerful lesson. Suffering, as difficult as it is, can be a catalyst for profound spiritual growth. Don't let the harshness of Elihu's words overshadow the potential for transformation within your own trials. Embrace the opportunity to examine your beliefs, strengthen your faith, and discover a deeper connection with the divine through your experience. Your suffering does not define you; your response to it does.

Join us every Thursday for our series of topics on "PAIN AND PURPOSE". Let us discover God's purposes in our painful experiences!
1st Batch - 3:15 - 4:15PM
2nd Batch - 5:00-5:30 PM

Topic: Pain and Purpose: Why is this happening to me!?
Text: Life Story of Joseph and Job in the Old Testament

The stories of Joseph and Job resonate deeply, reminding us that faith, tested by trials, ultimately leads to God's fulfillment of His promises.

Joseph's dreams, initially met with scorn, paved the way for his eventual elevation to a position of power, saving his family from famine. Job, stripped of everything, remained steadfast in his faith, demonstrating the unwavering strength that comes from trusting God's plan, even amidst unimaginable suffering.

These narratives aren't just ancient stories; they are mirrors reflecting our own journeys. We, too, will face hardship – pain is an unavoidable part of the human experience. Yet, within each trial lies a purpose, a chance to deepen our faith and draw closer to God. Though the path may be arduous, remember that God lifts those who trust in Him, ultimately revealing His glory through their perseverance.

Hold fast to your faith, for in the end, His promises will prevail.
